Hôtel Dupond-Smith

We had a wonderful stay during our time in Paris. The room was very nice and the bathrooms were very spacious for Paris standads. The hotel is on a quiet street, but close to all the action in the area.||The hotel staff was fantastic. They were all very friendly and quick to offer help in any way. A special thank you to Arthus for baking a gluten free cake and cookies. What a kind gesture for my kids who are gluten free. We hope to be back in the future!

My wife and I had a wonderful 7 night stay at the amazing hotel Dupond Smith.|The hotel is situated on a small street in the heart of Le Marais – a great location|where Notre Dame, the Pompidou Center, Place de Vosges, etc. are all only a |short walk away.. The accommodations are 5 Star all the way. |Continuous room service that begins at 7:AM was fantastic..|Nothing better than having a great breakfast (with many options) delivered to |your door in the morning before you head out for the days activities.|The mini-bar was stocked with liquors, wines, pre-made cocktails, beer, soda, etc.|The bathroom was large, the beds comfortable and the room totally soundproofed. |We really cannot say enough about the terrific staff at Dupond-Smith. We mostly interacted with Arthus & Nicholas, who were warm, generous, engaging and professional. Farid and Cristof did a great job as well…always willing to call us a taxi|or meet any need that we may have had... the freshly baked in house cookies and cakes were a daily treat...|If you are planning a trip to Paris and thinking of staying in Le Marais, you should seriously consider this great little hotel. It really doesn’t get any better than this...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I stayed at Hôtel Dupond Smith for 9 nights, and we cannot recommend it enough to anyone traveling to Paris (especially for the first time). From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the highest level of hospitality and service, perfectly balanced with privacy that made our stay feel so special. The location is ideal—everything is walkable, allowing us to truly enjoy the charm of Paris right outside our door. We’ll especially miss the little touches that made our stay unforgettable: the fresh croissants, warm banana bread, and the sweet handwritten notes left on our bed. Thank you to the fabulous team for such a wonderful experience. We left with memories we’ll never forget and cannot wait to return!

Simply the best. The finest boutique hotel in Paris without question. Facility itself is only eclipsed by the dedicated and superb staff. Look no further, this is where you will want to be. My wife and I recently spent 7 nights at the amazing Hotel Dupond Smith. From the moment that we checked in until the moment that we checked out, this was an absolutely wonderful experience which made our trip to Paris a truly unforgettable vacation trip. We arrived in Paris on a Sunday afternoon after a long overnight flight from New York. Paris was almost completely shut down because of strikes and street demonstrations, and many areas - including Le Marais – were almost completely closed off. Our taxi from CDG Airport - despite a valiant effort by our driver - could get us no closer than a five block walk to the hotel. Needless to say, by the time we reached the hotel with our baggage, to say that we were dragging a bit would be an understatement... In the Hotel/Restaurant business, as in life, first impressions are very important. As soon as the automatic door of the hotel opened and we entered, it was like another world. We were warmly greeted by the incredible staff, offered a welcome drink in their lovely small lounge area, and presented with freshly baked (still warm) chocolate chip cookies & muffins, (which we soon found out was a daily occurrence, as banana bread, apple cake and other goodies followed throughout our stay) My wife and I looked at each with the same thought… “this is exactly what we needed”…. We really cannot say enough about the terrific staff at Dupond-Smith. We mostly interacted with Arthus & Nicholas, who were warm, generous, engaging and professional. There were so many amenities I can’t remember them all, but - aside from the robes, slippers, towel warmer and gel face masks among others I’m certain that I have never before nor will I ever again stay at a hotel that provided a “sewing kit”. Need to sew a button on?? Not a problem. If you are planning a trip to Paris and thinking of staying in Le Marais, you should seriously consider this great little hotel. It really doesn’t get any better than this...

WOW, what a superb hotel , location is incredible . Safe and surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants. The hotel and the team are exceptional , hotel is intimate and well decorated , the rooms are fantastic with high quality linen and towels , free coffee and water and it’s definitely worth paying for the breakfast with fresh selection of breads and pastries. It made the trip to Paris all the more enjoyable

If you’re looking for something private, intimate, and quietly luxurious—this is it.||||The Room:||Our room was beautifully designed with a mix of modern comfort and elegant French style. Not huge (as expected in Paris), but well laid out with plush bedding, a rainfall shower, high-end toiletries, and sleek decor. Soundproofing was excellent—we slept like babies every night.||||Location:||Unbeatable. You're in the heart of the Marais, surrounded by historic architecture, cool boutiques, fantastic cafés, and major sites like Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum, and Centre Pompidou. You can even walk to Notre-Dame and the Seine in under 15 minutes.||||Food & Dining:||While the hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, the staff gave us incredible local recommendations. We loved being able to dine somewhere different each night—there’s no shortage of fantastic spots within a 5–10 minute walk. Bonus: there’s an honesty bar in the lobby for a quiet drink at night.||||Service:||This might be what sets Hôtel Dupond-Smith apart the most. The staff was warm, discreet, and genuinely helpful. My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dupond-Smith during our trip in July (we stayed for 3 or 4 nights). The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Le Marais—so you’re steps away from amazing cafes, shops, and galleries. Yet the hotel sits on a quiet side street, making it a peaceful retreat from the buzz of the neighborhood. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure and was easy to use—little things that made a big difference. All in all, it’s a charming boutique hotel that I’d gladly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this part of Paris.
