Rude, awful service.
One of the worst experiences I had communicating with personnel compared to dozens of hotels all around the world.
I have booked a late check-in, and the hotel has successfully approved it.
But then I called to ensure the late arrival and to add travel with +1 person.
I heard the worst accusations in my life: First, they were extremely rude, throwing a phone and telling me that it's very suspicious that I am arriving late or adding another person (none of your business, do your job!!!).
Then they asked for the bank card CVV by phone, which should have been a HUGE red flag, but I was stupid enough to do it.
By listening to all this and demanding a card, even knowing that provider guarantees my payment to the hotel in case of non-arrival, guess what?
They took money and had not prepared a room for two people, no blanket, no towrls, no refund!
Recommendation: Any self-checkin machine will do the job and provide service as requested, instead of listening to accusations.
It was clean, though.
