Hotel Eden St. Moritz

The unique was a very pleasant surprise in comparison to some of the hotels in Europe. Rooms were very spacious and decorated very beautifully. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and restaurant in the area. Every morning there was a very generous breakfast of many area treats. In the afternoon there was cake and coffee along with a selection of teas to your liking. All day long in the seating room or smoking room was coffee and tea. Plus you are left to your honesty to have other beverages as long as you right down your room number for accountability.

We stayed here as part of our Glacier Express package. It is located in a walkable area and we enjoyed exploring. The hotel provides complimentary afternoon tea and the cakes were very delicious. It is an elegant hotel with very many areas to sit and relax. My husband played the piano in the lounge and we felt very at home with Lucy, the resident dog. Antique sleighs have been included in the hotel decor becoming functional pieces of furniture. The breakfast was the best of the month that we spent abroad. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and the lady of the hotel, Pia I believe, was so helpful in sorting out our iphone issue. Her staff drove us to a store that was able to sort our problem. It saved us much angst as we were traveling on to Milan and were using the phone for navigation while there. it is located in a beautiful area and we found everyone very friendly and helpful in the surrounding town also. .

Very warm and cosy hotel in the middle of St Moritz. Room was small but had an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. Afternoon tea was provided daily and coffee and tea were available 24/7 which made up for the lack of facilities in the room. Room had a very comfortable bed, good quality amenities and TV and WiFi were available. Breakfast provided an extensive selection and we were more than happy with our stay here and wished it had been longer.

A stunning location, view and amenities. A delightful hotel with staff to match. An afternoon tea room with complimentary tea, coffee and cake was available each day. A lounge area with free tea and coffee open 24 hours, also bar drinks available on an honesty system. Friendly service and advice and assistance provided generously in a minor emergency. I would revisit again and again if I had the opportunity.

A very beutiful little hotel in the middle of St. Moritz. Nice room with bath. Breakfast in a gorgeous saloon. Very friendly owner, had a nice talk. If you came by train, use their carfacility at a cost of 5 francs. Once you know the way you use the moving staircase in the underground parking next to the railwaystation

St. Moritz is an extremely expensive destination. Having said that, this property offers great value for spend. My room was simple but had all of the necessities. My only complaint is that the quality of the mattress could be improved. The stand out is the hotel staff. From the front desk to the dining room to the bellhop/driver, the staff were superb and extremely friendly. The other highlights include killer views, close proximity to the central train station and an easy walk to tons of restaurants and shopping. Definitely recommend.

The Unique Hotel Eden was booked by Swiss Travel as part or our Glacier Express package. The hotel room was wonderful with luxurious linens and towels. The included breakfast was served in a beautiful room and had one of the best breakfast we have ever experienced. On the downside the hotel is not easy to find, and would suggest taking a taxi from the train. It is easily walkable.....if you know where you are going.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff was VERY friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, with an awe inspiring view of the lake and the mountains. We were on our 15 year anniversary trip across Europe, and stayed in St. Moritz a few days, we had mentioned that fact as a matter of fact, really not expecting much, but the management surprised us with an upgrade to a sweet with a king bed overlooking the lake with a walk out balcony. Imagine our surprise when we arrived. Not only that, the breakfast was excellent, wide variety to choose from, and not to forget the afternoon tea. Overall, the friendliness, the homey aura, the location of the hotel, and the super service, made for an unforgettable stay. We would deffinately stay there again, and recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to feel home away form home.
