Was very happy with the experience at the hotel. I got in late was checked in by Iqbal, he speaks English and French fluently, was extremely nice and just pleasant to be around . The room was clean and the breakfast/cafe has a nice atmosphere. The location is great and although your in the center it was very quiet at night.

Was pleasantly surprised since we saw some bad reviews. The room was great as shown from site. The reception gentlemen from Mauritius was so friendly and kind. Room was decent sized and had a bath Only issue is noisy British neighbors who were drunk n made noise

I’m not sure how rooms are decided at this place, but whoever gave me my room totally screwed me over. Based on the pictures I saw the rooms looked very nice, spacious and had a desk and a nice bed. And then there was my room all the way in the attic in a tiny, cramped area that I don’t think was supposed to be a room in the first place. I’m just about five feet tall (153cm) and my head touched the ceiling and I had to duck at some parts with his the ceiling was angled. Not to mention there was no desk, no dresser, no space for anything at all. I don’t think all rooms are like this but for whatever reason mine was. Took photos because I couldn’t believe the difference from what I saw advertised and my own experience. I checked out early because I wasn’t going to live like that for multiple nights. I had hostel stays far nicer than that and for far cheaper. This place is a joke and a scam.

Great location, rooms are spacious and very clean. The service was excellent, we felt so welcomed. Every member of the staff was excellent we couldn't reccommend this hotel more. We sincerly felt so happy staying with them.

A great hotel in a quiet neighbourhood with good transport links and easy access to the city centre and the football stadium. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we received a great service. The hotel also has a lovely cafe which is great place for recovering after a long, hot day.

The room is so tiny. 113€ per night for such a small room is a shame. You hit your head each time you are in the room. 12 € for the breakfast where there were few choices or burnt sausages. The elevator didn’t go to the last floor, and it was full of stuff when I tried to get it to at least the third floor. So I had to do the four floors by the stairs with two suitcases. There was nothing to work on in the room, so I had to go downstairs to work with my computer. The only good thing was the super nice and friendly staff who let me work late in the lobby.
