An excellent stay. The rooms a 'largish' by Paris standards and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The service was first rate. Staff were happy to accomodate my basic French but also very happy to communicate in English. They were helpful and professional in all my encounters with them. The lounge next to the lobby with games, books and newspapers is a nice touch. The hotel is in an excellent location with a range of food shops, a couple of supermarkets and the metro all an easy walk.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower (about 1.5 km) or just two metro stops away. The metro stations are very close, the area is great – full of cafés, restaurants, markets, and a local street market. The hotel is spotless, the staff are incredibly kind, and the spa is a wonderful bonus. The room was a bit small and lacked storage space for clothes and shoes, but overall it’s a great place to stay in a fantastic location.

Very nice hotel in all aspects! We stayed in a suite with a large rooftop terrace, which was fantastic! Comfortable bed and very quiet room. Good breakfast with generals hours (07-11). There is even a spa with a pool in the basement! The staff was very friendly and helpful in all aspects. We loved the area (15 arrondissement): plenty of restaurants and shops and not too ”touristic”; pleasant local ambiance. We highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel...beautiful decor in lobby and in our room. Friendly, efficient welcome from staff on arrival and during our stay. AC in our room was a godsend in the heatwave, and the pool was a lovely way to cool down after a day sightseeing.|Very well located on nice residential street, plenty of cafes and restaurants a short walk away. Metro less than 10 min walk. |20 min walk from Eiffel tower....we went to Champ des Mars 3 nights in a row to watch the tower lighting up. Magical!

I am deeply disappointed with this hotel and its staff. I had a death in the family suddenly the day after I arrived, and when I came down in tears to check out early, hoping for some understanding or compassion, I was met with cold indifference. The staff refused to show any empathy, citing that “policy is policy” and charged me for the entire 7‑day stay despite only having spent one night. I understand that policies exist, but life happens, and in moments like this a hotel should at least try to do the right thing. The staff here acted as if it were a burden to acknowledge my situation, making an already devastating moment even harder. Even the Ritz‑Carlton, which I’ve stayed at in the past, has shown far more grace and compassion in similar circumstances. To make matters worse, the room was outdated, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the website photos. The so‑called “deluxe” room was smaller and more run‑down than their standard rooms. The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in hospitality. If you’re looking for a hotel that treats its guests with kindness and respect, this is NOT it. Stay somewhere that understands that life happens and knows how to respond with basic human decency. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed for 3 nights in a double and a family room. Having stayed a few times in Paris I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were bigger than you usually get in Paris. The rooms were clean and modern, the bathroom was clean with a good shower. The family room was very big. We found the location to be great, very close to the Eiffel Tower with plenty of shops and restaurants around the area. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating. We used the pool and sauna a few times during our stay, it was very nice to come back to the hotel and escape the hot weather with a relaxing swim. Our room included breakfast, we found the breakfast buffet to be more than ample for our needs and all of the items were of a high quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you want to be near to the Eiffel Tower. There is also a metro station less than 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is conveniently located, with restaurants, a convenience store, and a laundromat nearby. It’s less than a ten-minute walk to the Metro or RER station. Most importantly, the neighborhood feels relatively safe. The lobby staff were warm and professional, and check-in and check-out were completed swiftly. We had booked a room for three, and upon arrival an extra bed and all necessary amenities were already in place. Despite this, the room still offered ample space to store and open three suitcases simultaneously—a pleasant surprise for a Paris hotel. Daily housekeeping was also satisfactory. Overall, this was a very good experience in Paris.

The staff was attentive and anticipated our needs. This hotel is nicely nestled in a neighborhood away from the crowded tourist area yet still close to the Eiffel Tower. After being a tourist all day, it was nice to come back to refresh with a swim or suana and walk the neighborhood for drinks to people watch and find dinner. This place enhanced our visit.
