Hôtel Eiffel Kensington

If you’re looking for something that is close to the Eiffel Tower has convenient immunities around the hotel and friendly staff this is definitely the right place.||We were only staying one night and we’re very much unprepared to the point where I even managed to book the room a whole year in advance. Luckily, the reception staff were extremely helpful and kind and managed to get sorted really quickly. As I said, we were a little unprepared so didn’t even bring adequate charging facilities for our phones again, the reception staff are really helpful and they helped us out by charging our phones.||The room was clean but small, but to be honest, we had no intention of spending too much time in the room, so it was ideal for a one night stay.||Highly recommended

The staff were very friendly and accomodating, especially the lady working during the day. Room is in line with expectations. We stayed on the 6th floor and there were no views of the tower and the room was small, and no aircon made it stuffy at times. The room was clean and the lift was very useful in getting our bags up! ||Location was excellent with great restaurants around!

Be careful staying here ! Photos and reviews were not accurate. The lobby smelled bad and had a random mattress. The third floor where our room was had no working lights, super hot. When I opened the door to our room it was already occupied by someone else, bed was unmade, chargers everywhere and luggage. This was a huge safety concern for us, giving us a room where someone was already staying. Thankfully we found a much cleaner and nicer place around the corner. Additionally when we booked the room it was promised that we would have a view of the Eiffel Tower- however that was not true there is no view.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, the location is perfect as it's only less then a 10 minute walk to the effiel tower and quick and easy to get to the grounds for a picnic etc. However the rooms and hotel facilities are very basic and the pictures on the website are not accurate but for the price and location you have value for money. The stairs and lifts are very small so if your not good with them I wouldn't advise. The reception is open 24hrs so we did feel safe and looked after, all the staff spoke very good English and was very helpful with us. Great location, but just a very basic hotel.

We weren’t allowed to check in until 3:25 despite check in being at 2pm. There was only one proper curtain so during the night it was possible to see into our room. Floor was filthy. Great location though!!!

fabulous location to Eiffel tower and metro stations, aswell as lovely food spots. Catherine was a lovely woman who worked there, very kind and helpful to us. The hotel itself is basic and in need of some improving. The photos were doing the place justice! No working fan in our room in 30 degree+ heat was disappointing especially when we were told about a room swap or the ceiling fan being fixed which never happened. We were given a small portable fan as a temporary fix that did not suffice with the weather we were experiencing. Wifi also an issue there.

Great place, especially for solo travelers. It was quiet and I had the eiffel tower view from the window. Breakfast is simple, nothing fancy, but just enough for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We stayed at this hotel and our room had no power other than in the bathroom. They did not offer to switch rooms, only said they would call the repair person the next day. They did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience, or offer an alternate room and refuse to return emails or calls to find a resolution. ||Location was great! Close to the Effle tower and many restaurants and attractions. Location did have a lift to get to upper floor.
