My husband and I spent 4 nights in a partial Eiffel Tower view room. The room was clean, very small with limited storage and a comfortable bed. Check-in was easy. We paid the rate to include breakfast which was convenient to eat before early morning tours. We requested ice once and that was an adventure and not worth the effort. Every time we left, we had to leave the room key at the front desk. Not a fan of that. Only once did they verify who we were when we retrieved the key. We left particularly early one morning for a tour and tried to get coffee. They have a coffee machine. It was before breakfast started and they refused. There was no reason to deny us use of the coffee machine. The stay was fine and we achieved the main goal—-a view of the Eiffel Tower without paying outrageous rates.

Like many others, I was very hesitant to book after reading some reviews. However, we had a fantastic stay. The ladies at reception couldn't have been any nicer. The room was very clean, not too small at all. We were able to fit our decently sized cases into the room easily. We were on the 4th floor and had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was nice, more varied selection than expected. The security deposit didn't bother me as I've encountered that many times in different hotels. I loved how close it was to the metro. I personally didn't find it disturbed my sleep at all.

Great value for the price and service. The lady at the reception was wonderful and gave me lots of helpful advice. I booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view, absolutely beautiful, especially at night. The room is about 12/13m², which is standard for Paris, and it was clean and had a safety box. The hotel feels very secure, with someone always at the front desk 24/7. The location is excellent: just a 2-minute walk to the subway, with a coffee shop right next door and an ATM nearby. Very convenient. I didn’t have the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that service.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the way I was treated during a phone call with your front desk today, July 3rd, 2025. I called to inquire about the possibility of upgrading my reservation to accommodate 4 people instead of 3. However, before I could even provide my reservation details, the staff member who answered (a woman), responded dismissively and repeatedly stated, “If you booked a cheap room, I can’t help. I can’t upgrade to a 4-person room.” She used the term “cheap room” no less than three times, in a tone that was not only unhelpful but also condescending. I find this completely unacceptable. Not only was my room not "cheap," but more importantly, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, especially as a paying guest. Her assumption about the type of room I booked, without checking any details, and her overall attitude were unprofessional and frankly quite rude. I kindly ask that this issue be looked into seriously. No guest should be made to feel belittled when requesting assistance. I hope appropriate steps will be taken to ensure future interactions reflect the high standards I assume your hotel strives for. I look forward to your response.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and a good size for Paris. However, the walls are quite thin, and I could hear sounds from neighboring rooms and the hallway. As a light sleeper, this was a bit challenging at night. If you're not sensitive to noise, it’s a great place to stay with a lot of charm and convenience.

A lot of people mentioned the room quality and strict guest number. But customer service was the main reason for me shortening my stay. Really rude staff, due to bad hotel. You can’t really dress a pig. I’m sure they are lovely people, but working for a nasty hotel and getting customer complaints all the time do change people. Avoid staying here, heed the warnings from others. It’s just not a pleasant experience.

After a long flight with a baby, we were met with a rude front desk and were asked to pay more than the rate we originally booked. When we requested to speak with a manager, they refused, saying the manager was only reachable by email and asked us to wait in the lobby *two hours or more* for a reply. No empathy — just pure disregard for our situation. The level of service fell significantly below professional standards. We had no choice but to leave and move to a different hotel the same day. We do not recommend this hotel to future tourists. Worst hotel experience in Paris.

The rooms are nothing like the photos. When you arrive, there’s barely enough space for a suitcase. The rooms are tiny, with views blocked by walls, outdated furniture, small beds, and low ceilings. In twin rooms, the beds can’t be separated. Customer service is awful: when we asked the front desk about changing rooms, they had no solution. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Yelp
For the price & location (about 10 minutes to Eiffel Tower) this hotel was perfect. Basically needed a place to rest & shower as we had a busy itinerary. It is quite small, but had everything we needed, & pleasant aroma throughout. You may want to bring your shampoo, conditioner & soap as there is only one multi-purpose wash in the shower. Be sure to purchase a European plug to charge your phones, curling iron, etc. if needed. Close to pharmacy, market, bakery, restaurants, ATM & Metro right across the street. Staff was pleasant & rooms cleaned when needed - did not disturb when sign was on door.

Yelp
If I can give them -1 starWe stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and this is by far the worst hotel ever in my life. We have two rooms and both rooms are small and stink! The room smells like a foul odor. Someone sprayed an entire can of ant's spray and I was having a hard time breathing. They came into our room even when we have our "do not disturb" sign hanging outside the door. They are so cheap with the lights in the stairway and hallways too. You need to make sure you move around to trigger the sensors to turn on the lights. This is not a family friendly place to stay.

Yelp
Pros: -Closeness to Metro and bus lines -Grenelle is a lively, but not loud part of town. -Many useful and good shops nearby (bakeries, butcher, cheese shop, wine store, small supermarket, etc.) -Walking distance to the Eiffel tower -Mostly friendly staff -Clean rooms Cons: -Rooms are clean, but there's a (sometimes strong) sewer odor coming from the bathrooms. It was impossible to sleep without the windows being open. I'm sure the smell isn't caused by the hotel itself, but it really needs to be fixed! -Rooms are small for their price. -Staff was mostly friendly. On our last day a lady at the front desk gave us some grief about sitting in the lobby a few hours to wait for a taxi. My daughter had a migraine and just wanted to rest and let her medication work before we had to get on the train, but the employee told us to take her to a doctor and we couldn't stay with her being sick. In the end they let us stay, but she was very aggressive and vocal about it, which made my daughter feel even worse about her situation.

Yelp
The hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel tower, which is makes it convenient! It's cute, but the hotel room needs some work. It's so tiny, a mouse would have a hard time making itself comfortable. But it was clean, as was the bathroom. The water pressure was decent too. The pictures make it look better and make spacious then it is. The hotel elevator is also small enough to house a few sardines. lol A bit pricey for what you get, and you may have a view of a brick wall, but we were able to change rooms and get a street view. The big plus for me was the hotel clerk. I had some issues when arriving to the hotel with my lost luggage and for some reason I couldn't make calls even with my international data plan. She was super nice and extended herself so I could use her phone! They were also accommodating and refrigerated my leftovers for us. The pillows are more comfortable than the bed. The painted walls are chipping a little bit too. Tip: try the bakery a few blocks away, it it OUTstanding!!! Still dreaming of the baguettes.

Yelp
I went on a Europe trip to 4 different countries and definitely wanted to save as much as I could since this trip was an arm and a leg, regardless. I booked this hotel because: Pros: 1) reasonable price 2) 2 minute walk to the metro 3) 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower 4) free wifi Cons: 1) small room and bathroom. And I mean really small! 2) no air conditioner 3) my friend and I went out one night and returned with no one at the front desk and the front door was locked. We knocked for a minute and thought that we were going to be homeless for the night or just needed to be out till sunrise. A couple of seconds of scare, the receptionist comes out and opens the door for us. He was just in the back resting.. Mm okkk. It's funny now looking back at it.

Yelp
Smallish hotel. Nice, clean, quiet and close to Dulpix metro. I'd recommend O Coffee Paris just down the block. Best best breakfast and cappuccinos.

Yelp
My bf and I are traveling all over, so we are trying to save as much money as we can. We booked this place for 2 nights, and paid a total of 273 Euros (we're students!!!). The place was in a fantastic location- about a 2 minute walk from the metro and a 10 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. It wasn't dirty, the room was cleaned once a day, there was someone at the desk at all times, and I felt safe for the most part. The room was quite small, and the shower was so small that when I turned around I usually bumped the knob that turned it off. That got annoying after a while. The men at the front weren't particularly friendly. So, it's what we wanted in the end, literally just a place to sleep. They gladly took our luggage after our checkout so we could do a bit more exploring before heading off to the airport.

Yelp
Prime location. We took a direct train from EuroStar station. Hotel is located within 2 minutes from the station. We arrived few hours earlier to check in. The staff allowed us to drop our luggage and go about our day. Room was clean and neat. Tiny but lovely boutique hotel. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was an added touch to our stay. We were able to gaze the light from our bed before dozing off. Staff spoke decent English to get our questions answered. Plenty restaurants around this hotel and its 8 minutes walking distance to the tower itself or one train station away. Taking few stars away only because we were given late check out upon request due to our flight time. However, we had 3 cleaning staff who walked in on us as we were still in bed and didnt even care to say anything. We felt disturbed and decided to leave anyway. Outside of that, good stay for the one night we spent in Paris.
