Good choice for a hotel. The rooms are all the same set on two floors the other side of the pool. The owner is super helpful and displays the flags of the countries of the guests on the reception area of the hotel. The shower was good and the room was nice and big. There is limited parking in a small lot but it is easy to park on the street.|The restaurant was only being used for breakfast when we were there, breakfast was fine with the normal fare of ham and cheese plus cake. Eggs can be ordered.|We enjoyed our time there, Futaleufu is a nice town and small enough to walk around. The hotel is on the edge of town and quiet at night.|The owner definitely makes the difference and I would happily stay there again.

The staff was very nice and helpfull. The rooms were very well equipped and very clean. Nice beds and you have different pillows to choose from. The location is perfect and its authentic yet modern style is great. The breakfast was also very nice. Would definetly recommend. Kind greetings from Denmark.

Amazing hotel in the middle of the mountains of green Patagonia. Beautiful setting amidst warm folks, great food, and spectacular scenery. My family and I enjoyed our stay here even though we came in off season, the hikes and sights were perfect. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back for rafting season. A true - one of a kind - oasis in the mountains!

Very accommodating staff who can speak English. Large traditionally decorated bedrooms, with warm and extremely comfortable beds. Bathroom has a small bath which was such a reward after a day out walking! |Quiet location on a Main Street so convenient for dining in the restaurant or walking into the village.

This is by far the best hotel in Futaleufú! The breakfast is incredible and the staff was amazing and so very helpful. I had an interview to do by video call and they went above and beyond to help make sure I was set up and make sure I was comfortable and taken care of throughout the day. I highly recommend this place because of the wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere, delicious breakfast, great pool and more!

I don't know what is their secret but these guys are simply great. The food is very different from what you find elsewhere around - much more sophisticated and absolutely delicious. Do you often stay in a hotel that does fresh melon and red berries juices for breakfast? They have a pool, a wooden sauna (included in stay) and massage services (30000 clp/hour extra). Rooms are large, clean and have heating.

From the moment we arrived Geraldo made us feel so welcome as he placed our national flag on the counter to join the Danish and Chilean flags of the other guests! A lovely personal touch.||||Nothing can be faulted about this place. The meals were so good we ate in both nights we stayed. (The restaurant was popular with locals - always a good sign). The room was lovely and had a huge comfy bed and looked out over the courtyard with swimming pool which Geraldo kept in immaculate condition.||||Geraldo also gave us excellent advice on whitewater rafting which we knew Futaleufu is famed for. He arranged for a local expert to come around that evening to explain what was involved so we could decide whether or not to do it. (We were so glad we did - it was amazing.) He also suggested day hikes nearby. Geraldo's apologized that they couldn't arrange for our laundry so rang the local lavanderia who did it for us at an incredibly low cost.||||In short, you simply can't go wrong staying here. Thank you El Barranco for a great stay!
