Hotel El Cérvol

While travelling around just stopped in this beautiful town , location was perfect , found this small beautiful hotel so peaceful & cosy the room was so quirky, warm & cosy , breakfast included & what a wonderful tasty breakfast it was the variety of different tastes was a wow 😋 will go back again

My wife and I have stayed in so many hotels in 70 years of travelling, El Ciervo certainly ranks among the very best.||First and foremost I would put value. With an inclusive breakfast at a rate less than €80 per night, unbelievable. And what a breakfast, not a simple buffet but 9 or 10 individual tapas like dishes and these after the ham and cheese , before the pastries.||This is a family hotel with a long tradition, with a warm, welcoming ambience. Located very near to the town centre in virtually a pedestrian area. No a/c but on a warm night with open windows peaceful and quiet. Incredible and very helpful staff with many years of service.||Excellent bathroom including two bathrobes, 4* facility !||I should point out that the hotel is accessed by a number of steps to the front door. In getting increasingly older I will possibly need help on our next visit.||My only suggestion for our next visit, please improve the quality of your breakfast orange drink, totally at odds with every other part of our stay.||Our grateful thanks

We had a meal at Hotel El Ciervo, the decor and the ambience was so welcoming and stylish. The staff were fantastic the starters were delicious - Carpaccio of Cod and Tagliatelle ragu, the latter was delicious. The cod was not to my wife’s liking because she didn’t realise it was raw - totally our fault, and the staff offered to change it - really brilliant and thoughtful service! The main course of monkfish was devine, and the house wines were fantastic!!||Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!!

I made a reservation without even looking what it was, it was a last minute plan change, turned out to be my best stay, breakfast and dining experience. Breakfast looks like a 3 michelin star restaurant menu, staff is super nice, lobby and rooms are cozy and hotel is in the centre of the center of the centro de Vielha! Thanks a million guys, I know I pay to stay here but when you feel so good you forget about the money you pay.

Beyond words, perfect up to the smallest detail, spectacular services, a lot of personal touches.|I've travelled a lot (business & Leisure), but this is the 1st hotel I'm always excited the next day for an unbelievable breakfast (more of a brunch) - diff each morning. Every meal has been prepared to perfection, both aesthetically & truly delicious 😋 |We also tried dinner, 6pax ordered differently, we all love and tried each and nothing was set aside, every meal has been super delicious!!!|Will definitely be back and refer this place to friends

This is a charming boutique hotel. The service is outstanding with a personal relationship to every guest. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The entire hotel is decorated to the last detail tastefully and with a person touch. The highlight is the breakfast that is prepared with devotion. This is how I imagine catering for kings and nobles. They offer amazing dishes interesting, generous and tasty. The only problem was that there was no Wi-Fi available in the rooms only in the lobby, but it didn't impair the hotel stay experience. The price was unbelievably cheap.

Town centre location. Hotel had 'quirky' decorations throughput. The outstanding memory for us was the dining room decor, and food. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding, in quality, quantity and above all, presentation.

We went there twice, first experience was fantastic (we went with a client), second finished with a bitter taste. You better go with someone they know until they know you… otherwise manners are not the same, our family was very disappointed.
