I read in a review that this is a hotel. It really is not. We had a room in a guest house, as far as I could see. Now, there may have been a hotel on the corner, but that’s not what we were in. Whatever it was, it was fine. It was a big, homey kind of room. It was comfortable. It had a kitchenette on our floor and we placed some food and medicine there. That was convenient. We were assisted with our luggage, although the woman, I believes who onws it, was I think not happy that I wanted to have all our luggage in the room, but we needed it. Besides, I wanted to bring the luggage up myself. Oh well. Nonetheless, they were all friendly and helpful. We were able to park in front, although technically we were apparently not supposed to, because she said she would let the police know we were leaving in the early afternoon. We appreciated that. We ended moving it, anyway, as we did not want to take any chances. It was close to the cathedral and the Gaudi Palace. So we strolled over and when we saw a parking spot right by the cathedral, we grabbed it. I think you will find it a fine choice if you stay there.
