**Not a Good Experience**
**Reception:**
I encountered four different receptionists during my stay. While three were polite and helpful, one was extremely rude. I had planned for a late checkout and informed the first receptionist in advance, agreeing to pay the extra fee (which was 50% of the room price for just four additional hours). However, another receptionist later called my room and began shouting at me about the late checkout. Despite having already arranged and paid for it, his aggressive tone made the situation very uncomfortable. When I went downstairs to check out, he continued to display rude behavior, blaming me for being 10 minutes late and speaking in an unprofessional and confrontational manner. This experience overshadowed the otherwise positive interactions I had with the other reception staff.
**Room:**
The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with an AC that worked well as a heater, which I found convenient. The king-size bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of storage with a large wardrobe, as well as a desk and chair.
**Bathroom:**
The bathroom was functional, with hot water readily available in the shower. However, the mirror was clearly worn out and in need of replacement. Small details like this detract from the overall experience and could easily be improved.
**Seaview Misrepresentation:**
I booked a room advertised as having a seaview, but upon arrival, I was informed that there were no seaview rooms available. This felt misleading and disappointing.
**Overall:**
While the stay was okay, certain aspects, especially the rude reception experience, the misrepresentation of the room, and the overcharge for a brief late checkout, negatively impacted my experience. Attention to these details would make a big difference.
