Pros:
+ First of all, the staff! It is generally very hard to stay motivated when you have repeating work days. But the ladies, Kirsten and Leonie (sorry if I misspelt), were simply great! I don't know how they do it but they were at the same energy level and positivity all the time (5 days). They are very patient with all the "tourist questions", very helpful always. Besides the attitude, they wrote a custom "welcome" board which you find in the room and they draw litte faces on boiled eggs each and every morning. These small things make difference. I travel a lot. I see these things rarely. Kudos!
+ The hotel is in a nice, quiet, and beautiful historical area (but do not expect big pubs, great night-life, or live streets). 3 beautiful churches and the Imperial Castle is just around the corner. Also 10 min away to both U1 and U2 subways. Convenient enough.
+ Cleanliness was top notch. Spotless cleaning inside the room and bathroom.
+ Bathroom was OK. Shower area is small but enough. There was always good hot water with nice pressure. There's even a towel-heater type radiator, which also very well heats the bathroom.
+ Lots of appliances in the room: a TV, a hairdryer, a safe... There's even a minibar, which is a plus. Enough hangers and space too.
+ Breakfast was optimal. Not many choices but they taste good.

Cons:
No big things, but here are some:
- No elevator. Could be a problem for old people. Because there are no rooms on ground floor. All rooms start at 1st floor.
- WiFi was really bad, unfortunately. (I've got 10-15 Mbps max)
- Pillows are very strange for my taste. This is a personal preference, but pillows are very thin and very wide, you must pile 3 on top of together to get comfy. Which is not sustainable all night long. I could have asked for different ones and I bet the staff would have helped me. But I didn't bother and managed. Just saying.
- I didn't go with a car, but the area is mostly pedestrian friendly. Only a big paid underground parking nearby. (I think hotel also offers something for it)
- The price was sky-high due to the SPS exhibition. During exhibition days same room costs over €300 per day, but 1 day after it costs €120. I understand, these are special days for the hotel to earn money, but still, I don't like this opportunistic approach that much.
