Elements is a lovely oasis in an otherwise bustling neighborhood. One is introduced to a beautiful lobby, leading into a chic outdoor dining area, bar, lawn and pool area. |Our room was comfortable, excellent bedding and clean. The minibar fridge and safe were not operational at the time we were there. Hotel accommodated our needs .||Pedro, the daytime waiter/bar tender and all around amazing person, was a pleasure to meet and know. He didn’t flinch when we mentioned we were plant based and created meals off menu for us. David, the evening waiter also went above and beyond. ||Highly recommend

I stayed here just for one night it’s a 5 minute drive from the airport, they have a restaurant across the road which makes it convenient, I stayed here only because of its close location to the airport, it was clean, the AC worked, I didn’t have any problems good place for a night or two.

Highly recommended! Very thoughtful and welcoming staff. The backyard restaurant is perfect for drinks, and delicious breakfast in a viby, romantic atmosphere. Rooms are clean and organized. The location is perfect, very close to fun bars if you want to go out for dancing or to just have drinks, and close to a few great restaurants, all within 5-15 min walk.

First time at this boutique hotel. It was great. Good location with places to get food and drinks close by. The price is very reasonable. Everything is clean and well organized. The room i was in had ample space for a king room. The bathroom was palatial for a normal hotel. Nice art and decor. The staff was all profesional and friendly. From the guard out front to the cooks and house keepers and front desk. I only ate my breakfast one day and it was deliciously prepared and presented very nicely. The back dining and pool area feels calm and is very well put together. So overall I was completely happy with me stay of 2 nights. The one item I felt was underdone was the pool. Because of the space they had to work with it is a little small and doesn't feel like the kind of pool I would love to spend time in or around. Small item and it is clean and would do the job if needed.

The Element Hotel is a clean, modern and situated in a pleasant neighborhood with numerous excellent dining options. The staffs are attentive, dedicated, and friendly. The patio boasts a relaxing ambiance, complemented by excellent food and service, many thanks to Pedro. Looking forward to return soon.

Beautiful little boutique hotel. Clean, spacious, and located conveniently near a lot of good restaurants, the mall, and a large grocery store. The staff is super friendly. But a series of keys failed to work on the first day, and my door that would not remain locked. Finally the staff moved me to a smaller room with a far less desirable view, but a door that locked. But they charged me the same rate as for the larger room with a view, and the smaller room with a lousy view. Seems to me that the smaller room should have been less expensive.

We stayed here last minute due to delayed luggage. We chose this area because of the location, I was a bit apprehensive since it’s in a loud area but the soundproofing is great. The room is clean, modern and spacious. A great price/value.

Wow! Visiting/Living in Nicaragua since 2004… and just now discovering this hidden gem. Incredible service from night watchman, reception, waiter / bartender, …everybody. Even the pool man is friendly and engaging! Arrive the night before. Walk to dinner, awesome beds…relax and then go shopping! In the future all our visits will include an overnight at Elements! Thank You to the staff and management of The Elements.
