Great location and friendly staff. Good outdoor space and light breakfast which was perfect. The sheets and towels may need updating but clean otherwise.

Worse place ever, they make withdrawals from your bank Account, with the pretext that you did not show up for the reservation, but it should be noted that I went two hours in advance and the employee told me that there was no reservation at all, they deserve a lawsuit for defamation, and damages. I have communicated and no one solves anything, they should train their employees better, they have cameras so the video should exist where I show up two hours in advance.

The room was weird - it had no windows to the outside (despite that fact that we had booked a balcony room), was very humid and the pillows seemed to be made of plastic and made noise when you lay on them. Lots of light comes in from the hallway and the staff make noise downstairs until late at night. The breads at breakfast were stale. You could surely get better accommodation for this price. On the good side, it’s close to the central square and the showers are powerful, the staff helped us with booking a taxi.

Great location next to the central attractions and price was very competitive but you get what you pay for: - the hotel located in an old historic building but the room templates do not respect original plan and design. I felt bad that the building was massacred in such way. - it can get very cold and humid, and since there is no heating, you pretty much feel like you are sleeping outside in a shed. Rooms smell bad (like soggy bed sheets) and also lack a lot of typical hotel details. - there is a VERY loud bar that is open till the early morning right across the street so do not expect to sleep well. - staff clearly went through my staff and felt like they never learnt about hospitality. Could be a great luxury hotel but I guess the owner just left it to managed to their nephew or someone who does not know how to accommodate the guests.

We really liked this small Hotel! The room was clean and well prepared, the service at the front desk was nice (no spoken English, but she used the Google translator for anything important). The breakfast was small, but a good start into the day. We could leave our luggage for as long as we wanted. The rooms are sadly not well isolated, so you'll hear noise, especially on the evening the man at the front desk had a friend over and watched stuff on a TV or his phone with bursting sound, that was not nice. Also there was a nail in the door to our bathroom, quite hidden, but I stepped onto it and got a nasty foot injury from it. A detail, but still something important to mention (room 16).

The Hotel is in desperate need of some renovation. The first room we had, only had a window into the hall so that some vid gave led straight into or bed or could have climbed in. Even we changed the room, we got a lovely balcony. However, the lock on the door was broken and the noise from the street was very annoying until late at night due to the badly sound proofed windows/walls. The towels and sheets slightly dirty. The breakfast consisted of a plate of fruit and a dry roll. There is room for improvement. The staff is very friendly and eager to help! They also offer a valet service.

It was a good place to stay. Quiet even though it was on the street. It was clean the only think i didnt care for was the bathroom. They hung things that belong inside the toliet along the wall. Which caused my husband and I both to get headaches. Another didnt like having to leave my key to the room at the front desk everytime i left.

Positive: Good location, clean and comfortable.. Negative: We had a room at the front side of the hotel and it was a bit noisy from the street. Also, breakfast is only a bit of fruit and not tasty buns, I’d expect a bit more from a “4 star hotel”..
