If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Elite Hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. We booked the penthouse thinking it would be a premium stay, but they failed to mention it’s far away from the main resort, isolated and inconvenient. On top of that, it was filthy. The staff was miserable and unhelpful. We requested just a few extra tea bags and they flat-out refused, shocking for any hotel that claims to offer decent service. The washrooms were in terrible condition, and to make matters worse, we found bugs on the bed. It was truly disgusting. Nothing was communicated properly. The whole place gave off a careless, unhygienic vibe. Do not book their penthouse or any room for that matter. Save your money and your sanity, always choose international, trusted chains instead. NEVER coming back to this so-called “resort.” Disgusting is an understatement.

The hotel has well-maintained, well furnished and equipped rooms. The cleanliness of the washroom was not up to the mark and the shower glass door was broken and not replaced. The hotel is built in a relatively narrow place, hence the 4 floors and one has to climb a lot of stairs or wait for the lift. The complimentary breakfast is served in the main restaurant only and not in the room and it is quite a hassle to go there right in the morning. And if you ask for it to be served in the room, it is not complimentary and charged very heavily. The room charges are a bit higher for what is offered in return.

Absolutely terrible experience. The service was indifferent at best, but the worst part was the disgusting state of the toilets.they were filthy, smelled awful, and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. For a place that charges guests tons of money to stay, basic hygiene should be non negotiable. This is completely unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers. Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and decent service.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the washroom. The washroom itself was not properly cleaned. The rates charged were quite high compared to the overall experience, which was not worth it. The food at the restaurant was also unsatisfactory the taste was poor, and the quantity served was very low. Additionally, the service was below expectations.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but my recent stay at this hotel left me no choice. This hotel focuses only on getting its publicity done from insta influencers which is only a lie. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty, with dust on every surface and garbage left behind from previous guests. The bathroom was especially unacceptable – mold in the corners, hair on the floor, and a foul smell that lingered throughout the stay. The furniture was damaged, and extremely uncomfortable. Several pieces looked like they hadn’t been replaced or maintained in years. To make matters worse, many of the light switches didn’t work, and the few that did were either loose or sparking slightly when used. I felt unsafe even turning on the lights. I don’t expect luxury everywhere, but basic hygiene, functioning amenities, and a clean environment are the minimum any guest deserves. Sadly, this place failed on all fronts. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless major improvements are made.

Three star Restaurant located on the verge of Murree Road to Abbottabad in Nathiagali. The staff is agile and the service is quick. Food quality is better as per the criteria of 3*s. The location is highly scenic. However they can better the food quality and taste and add some global items to their menu. Overall I will rate it 8 by 10.

The place is really good, if we compare it with normal hotels in Nathia Gali. It is a bit of compromise if you compare it with "Alpine". I would like them to improve on breakfast serving in particular. It seems just a formality of offering complimentary breakfast. However, 20k / night budget demands a bit more. Staff is really welcoming. Cleanliness is upto the mark. Hot water seems normal water in my experience.

The rooms initially looked nice, but the overall maintenance was horrible. We stayed in a cottage that had a terrible smell, my aunt's room had a leaking issue, and our friend's room also had a strong, unpleasant odor. Although the manager offered us different rooms after we complained, things took a turn for the worse when we were checking out — he demanded we pay again, despite the fact that we had already paid in advance. It felt like a complete scam. Washrooms also were bad . Insufficient parking space . Furthermore, Breakfast/Dinner was expensive but tasted like frozen , stale food. Not recommended at all. Terrible service, poor management, and a very stressful experience..
