I stayed at Hotel Elites Nathiagali with family kids and had an excellent experience. The hotel maintains very high standards and offers a luxurious stay with pure peace of mind. Rooms are spacious with beautiful scenic mountain views. Washrooms are clean and well-equipped with hot & cold water and dryers. The hotel has great family facilities including a kids’ playland, zip liner, and high-altitude swings facing snow-covered mountains. Dining at Café Foodster was outstanding. We loved the seafood soup, hot corn soup, loaded fries, chef’s special heritage beef steak, and caramel cake — all delicious and value for money. Highly recommended for families and anyone visiting Nathia Gali.

Stayed for two nights in january and the entire experience from booking till checkout was seamless and very smooth. Their room cleanliness, food quality and of course the scenic view is amazing. Highly recommended.

Hotel Elite is one of the best places in Nathiagali. Have been staying over for more than a decade, and they have renovated & upgraded the place so well. The only thing they need to improve is to provide big bins with a cap for the bathroom, as we are really struggling due to having two kids with us and disposing of their soiled diapers is challenging. Their customer service is really good.

Good place to stay in Nathia Gali. Very neat and clean rooms. New design rooms. Great service. Ambience was amazing. Breakfast was also great with variety of options. In house food service is available but with another restaurant which can deliver to your room.

Too expensive if we compare to their services....no hot water at the time of fajar prayer.... standard room had no outside view window but they charged 16960 for only standard room. No kettle in standar room...no cloth almari in room...tv was in worst condition....no fan in the room....if you call staff for any help; they take 1 hour to come... However; cleanliness was excellent....Bird cages were nice.....its lawn was really fantastic....overall expensive....we stayed in hotel one murree....they charge less and also had all facilities

All other things were good in the hotel except their restaurant service. Usually they offer free breakfast but I asked for a fresh tea they refused to serve and said you have to pay extra for that. That was something which I didn't felt a good gesture for a hotel in that high price.

Rooms are clean, environment is also very good. Staff is supportive. The main issue is about electricity, very disturbing schedule. Furthermore there was hot water just for a while, then you have to use very cold freezing water for everything.
