Good location ... offers good views of the surrounding hills. Interior design needs to improve by a lot. The hotel feels like a maze at times with no noticeable signs present to direct you to your rooms. Rooms were spacious but were not completely clean or well maintained. Food options in the restaurant were good. The food itself was satisfactory. Staff was courteous and quick to respond.

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Elites! This is a great place for families, offering a safe and reliable environment. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The food was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The heating system in the rooms was efficient and kept us cozy during the cold nights. I especially loved the stunning views from the hotel—it’s a perfect spot to enjoy the natural beauty around. The availability of hot water, and heating system inside washroom as well, which made our stay even more comfortable. Overall, a fantastic place to unwind and make great memories. The only place in nathiagali which is worth staying in every weather condition and always a first priority,specifically with family. Highly recommended!

Location is very good.. Parking is quite sufficient.. Counter staff is friendly.. Delux room was not upto the mark.. No mirror. Had smelly washroom even without use.. Only served 2 tea bags and when asked for extra said will be refilled the next day.. Room heating uses gas cylinders and was quite warm.. Food in lounge is good..

I recently stayed at their cottage named Sindh House and regretfully had a terrible experience. We were charged 51,000 PKR for our stay for one night, which was completely overpriced for the quality of service and conditions we encountered. The washrooms were in an awful state there were no tissue papers or soap available, and the smell was unbearable, making the bathrooms practically unusable. The rooms themselves were equally disappointing, with dirty bedsheets and pillowcases. It was clear that the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. The overall design and structure of the cottage seemed outdated, looking like it was built many years ago and never renovated since then. The lack of upkeep was evident and contributed to an unpleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was also a huge letdown. The mats on the tables were filthy, and every cup and plate I picked up was dirty. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority in the dining area. The reception service was extremely unprofessional it was a very bad experience, and I strongly do not recommend Hotel Elites NathiaGali to anyone. The poor cleanliness, lack of amenities, and unprofessional service make it impossible to justify the price we paid.

we had disappointing experience at the cottages. The bed sheets were stinky and clearly not fresh, The locks on the doors were broken and the taps in the bathroom were either leaking or not functioning properly. Everything in the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. For the price they charge, this hotel is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend staying in cottages or pent house. I asked the management to change us to main hotel building but they were uncooperative. Not worth to stay by spending that much money.

Okay so the rooms are decent for the price, although service is a bit slow but totally understandable for a hotel built in mountains. Location is best like the main market is in walking distance, there is safety too although sometimes rarely there is lack of parking

From the price point of view the rooms were not that good staff rude ha na sae sa bat karta . Washrooms ka masla han .not worth the hype . Hope they see and correct the things

My stay at Elite Hotel was mostly pleasant—the staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. However, a few issues affected the experience. They didn’t allow guests to use the heaters, and though the weather was cold, the heating wasn’t turned on in the rooms. The biggest problem was the washroom, which had a persistent smell due to the lack of an exhaust fan. I recommend installing exhaust systems in the bathrooms to improve comfort for future guests.
