Hotel Elizabeth Trenčín

It's absolutely not worth the money. The only plus is the location in the city centre. The furniture is worn out, like in a cheap hotel. The bathroom door does not open towards the bathtub but towards the toilet and hits it. The balcony did not open. The restaurant is extremely overpriced. The spa is tiny and uncomfortable for the quantity of people allowed.

This Hotel is a pure charm! I did not expect such finesse and extraordinariness at such a location. Look at the positioning of the Hotel - at the foot of a gigantic rock, no space left between nature and the building, rather the buidling was inserted into nature magnificently, allowing the guests to observe and admire the nature from inside the Hotel!

A great place, with very pleasant staff and luxurious rooms. The hotel is very quiet which is a guarantee of restful and confortable nights. Breakfast good and in a room wide and full of light. Soft music, not loud . A must !

Bad service, not as it supposed to be in 4 stars hotel, we were send to rom which was no clean, then get new rom which stink like a fryer, be moved back to previous tom and ask to wait for it to be cleaned… bathrobes smelled like fried.. In the evening we found out that we leafy one of our luggage in the other rom, lady for reception wouldn't like to help, but after heavy conversation she finally checked it and bring it to the rom ( very unpleasant) … Spa was ok, cleaning lady very nice, comfortable bed, breakfest ok but nothing special, nice interior

Beautiful hotel in the center of Trencin, below the view-worthy castle. The breakfast buffet was better than expected. The rooms were clean and spacious enough; my slight complaint is the airconditioning did not seem to be working properly, but that seems to be a common thing in Europe. The spa was excellent, facilities were great, and the massage by Barbora was so relaxing.

They told me wine opener is in the room But there was not, so i requested but they told provide wine opener that in case only buy from the hotel bar I disappointed a lot even if its 4stars hotel The service was terrible and they lie

The hotel positions itself at 4 stars, however: There is no drinking water in the rooms There is no kettle, no coffee machine To simply enter the spa (pool or sauna), you need to pay an additional € 10 per person for admission (I'm already silent about the procedures!). Parking at the hotel is also additionally paid - 15€ per day. Additionally, everyone pays a tourist fee. There are no disposable slippers in the rooms, there is no separate shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, only one 2in1 product that dries the skin very much. To be honest, for such a price, I expected an elementary bottle of drinking water in the room, or at least an electric kettle to heat the water. Of the advantages: good location

This was one of the best experiences we've had recently. Beautiful building, amazing staff, decent choice breakfast and excellent spa with 4 different sauna chambers and smallish pool equipped with jets all included in our room price. If we're to find one weak bit then it's 15€/day parking that, if included in the room price, would've amounted to perfection that is of course unattainable:).
