I would like to update my previous review and sincerely thank the hotel management for their professionalism and understanding. After sharing my situation, the hotel team kindly reached out to me directly and showed great care and flexibility. Due to the current travel situation and airport closures, they offered to keep my reservation open until the end of the year and even extend it if travel is still not possible. I truly appreciate their kindness, responsiveness, and willingness to find a fair solution. I would also like to give a special thank you to Ms. Sorour for her attention, support, and for helping resolve the situation so thoughtfully. Their understanding and support during this difficult situation mean a lot to me. Thank you again to the team for the excellent customer service. I look forward to visiting in the future.

This is a nice hotel at a good location (walking distance from the champs-elysee). Staff is very friendly. The room was large and clean but a bit old fashioned. We missed a coffee machine, which should be available in all rooms of a 5-star hotel. The Spa was great, clean, and available. The breakfast was average but compensated by top service. There were laduree macarons in the room, that was very nice !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotels in Paris, and it truly exceeded expectations in every way. We have just arrived home after our surprise stay last night after our connecting plane home was cancelled on our way home from Australia.||We arrived on recommendation from family, after travelling for 32 hours and immediately felt welcome and looked after. Your hotel is beautiful, immaculate and a quiet home in the heart of Paris. You very graciously upgraded us and made us feel incredibly welcome.||Every detail was a delight but most of all it was all of you that made our unexpected stay in to an enjoyable additional trip rather than the exhausting last leg of a difficult journey. You revitalised us and we left feeling wonderful.||Every staff member we met was kind, warm helpful and polite. Thank you to you all. From the warm welcome and helpful advice from the team at reception, to the staff at the restaurant who were charming and professional. Also thank you to the unseen housekeeping staff for a beautiful and spotless room.||We are looking forward to returning to stay for a proper holiday in Paris one day soon.

There are so many hotels in Paris; how to choose the best one for our visit to this wonderful city? Well, we researched extensively and settled on The Elysia based on previous reviews, pleasing photos and an informative website. Our choice was well made. The room was delightful: comfortable, spacious and elegant … a super balance of the modern and the traditional. And every member of team we met were amazing: friendly, courteous & efficient; there for you when you needed them, but conscious of giving us the privacy to enjoy our stay in this excellent hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend The Elysia.

Absolutely spectacular area and a special moment in time being there. I used to dream of visiting, but to actually stand here is surreal. The area is extremely touristy, very busy, cars come out of nowhere. The area for taking pictures in the middle of the street is like a death trap, not worth risking my life. Lots of high-end department stores on the street of the Champs.

I don't know why this hotel hasn't been rated more. It's exceptionally clean, classy, and beautiful. The service was truly amazing. Every single staff member was attentive to your needs and offered to help before I even asked. I have stayed in nice hotels but this one was truly luxurious. I felt like I was the only guest staying there. It's located a few minute walk off Champs Elysees. They even upgraded us to a junior suite for our wedding anniversary. I will definitely return.

A great Avenue right through the middle of all the sites you want to see in Paris, better to view at night

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We booked this hotel through TripMasters and we were overall very pleased with our stay here. Although it's considered a 4 or 5 star hotel, I set my standards lower before coming because I heard hotel rooms in Paris are generally a lot smaller. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was 1 room that came with a king bed, 1 small table, and 2 armchairs. It wasn't big compared to other hotel standards but we were very happy that the room was very clean and comfortable. The overall style and decor is not modern, more of a classic luxurious feel, but it was still very nice. The bathroom was really cute (loved the tiles), and pretty spacious with a shower and a jacuzzi tub. They provide Hermes brand amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.) which was a bonus! Also loved that they had free wifi, A/C, slippers, a radio, TV, coffee machine, etc. although we didn't take advantage of all of these things. We arrived around noon and our room wasn't ready yet. Check-in isn't until 2:00 I believe so I wasn't upset about this. We just checked our bags in with concierge and left to explore the city. We had a great experience with the staff here. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. One of the ladies was super helpful and even made a restaurant reservation for us at our request. Merci beaucoup! Random tidbits: - The elevator is tiny and old school!! The kind where you have to manually open the door. Pretty cool and also a little scary! But we didn't have any problems with it. - The power went out on our last morning. But as soon as we called the front desk, they sent someone over to fix it immediately. No biggie! - Nearest metro station is George V on the Avenue des Champs Elysees (just a 5 min walk away). We found it to be very convenient and used this metro stop often! - Our package included breakfast and it was pretty delicious! A decent variety of hot American foods (eggs, sausage, etc) and French food (croissants, crepes, etc). Especially loved their brie cheeses!

Beautiful shops. Mix of high end and very affordable. Loved dining at several places there. Something for everyone. The City of Love doesn't disappoint.

I usually don't write reviews because I hate wasting my time complaining, but my god DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, do NOT stay here! Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Rudest staff in all my stays in Paris (have been to Paris multiple times). Unhelpful with any questions and concerns that we had. So many other places in Paris that are nicer and have FRIENDLY staff!

We had the great fortune to stay at the Champs Elysees Plaza last week. From the moment we checked in the staff was wonderful and accommodating, Our room was surprisingly large with a great view of the city and a spacious bathroom. There is not one thing I would change in fact we plan on making this delightful hotel our go to spot for our future trips to Paris. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so memorable!
