Hôtel Elysia by Inwood Hotels

There are so many hotels in Paris; how to choose the best one for our visit to this wonderful city? Well, we researched extensively and settled on The Elysia based on previous reviews, pleasing photos and an informative website. Our choice was well made. The room was delightful: comfortable, spacious and elegant … a super balance of the modern and the traditional. And every member of team we met were amazing: friendly, courteous & efficient; there for you when you needed them, but conscious of giving us the privacy to enjoy our stay in this excellent hotel. We wholeheartedly recommend The Elysia.

This is one of Paris most beautiful hotel we've ever been to. The hotel is so charming, with a phenomenal restaurant attached to it; Le Bayadère. Food and service there was 5 stars all around. The room was absolutely beautiful and so spacious. It really felt like stepping back in time, as the architecture was just stunning. The room had all amenities necessary for a great stay. Not cheap, but an outstanding place!

An absolutely perfect stay at Hôtel Élysia! The staff is exceptionally kind, always attentive and smiling. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Everything is designed to make you feel at home, from breakfast to room service. A special mention to the reception team for their incredible welcome. It’s hard to find such genuine and warm hospitality in Paris. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

I have been to many hotels in many countries.. this is by far my favorite hotel so far. Not only for the beautiful rooms, lobby or the cleanliness, but mainly for the beautiful staff working here. Soo attentive and caring for all our needs. They made our stay so much more enjoyable ♥️ Special thanks to Osamah and Oliver for their outstanding help during our stay I will 100% choose this hotel again for my upcoming visit 👍

The Hotel Elysia is truly a five star experience. The rooms are tasteful and spacious, and the building itself well decorated and in excellent conditions. Our room was on the sixth floor so it was private and we looked out onto the Parisian rooftops, including the top of the Eiffel Tower and of Sacré Coeur. For us the location is perfect--we preferred to areas north of the hotel, towards Parc Monceau or Marché Poncelet to the too-busy Champs Elysées, but both are very close. The food in the restaurant was delicious. But best of all the service was unparalleled: everyone, from the reception and bell team, housekeeping, the car service, and the restaurant, were very friendly, professional, and followed through on everything we asked for and more. We have stayed in quite a few places in Paris but the Elysia will be where we stay from now on.

Amazing hotel! Stayed here for a few days for a work trip and thought the rooms, location, and service were top notch . Everyone was very friendly and accommodating 🤗 The rooms were a very nice standard and the breakfast was lovely. The sauna/ steam room need to be booked in advance and the jacuzzi is out of order but worth taking advantage of if you are there

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel ✨ From the very first moment everything felt welcoming and well-prepared. 🤝 Service was beyond amazing. A special thank you to Osama 🙏, he was truly outstanding, so kind and attentive, and made my stay unforgettable. 🍳 Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety every morning. 🧼 Cleanliness & Décor were perfect — the place was spotless with a stylish, cozy design. 🍫 The small welcome details like chocolate in the room made me feel really cared for. 🔔 I also appreciated how the staff always kept me updated in case there was anything important. Overall, it was an exceptional experience 💫 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort, style, and excellent service.

This is honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The level of care and attention to guests is beyond anything I could imagine. We were on our honeymoon, and the staff made it truly unforgettable — every detail was perfect. All the services were available, and every day they surprised us with chocolate in the room. The reception team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling — especially Osama and Oliver, who made our stay extra special. Truly the best hospitality I’ve ever experienced.

Absolutely spectacular area and a special moment in time being there. I used to dream of visiting, but to actually stand here is surreal. The area is extremely touristy, very busy, cars come out of nowhere. The area for taking pictures in the middle of the street is like a death trap, not worth risking my life. Lots of high-end department stores on the street of the Champs.

I don't know why this hotel hasn't been rated more. It's exceptionally clean, classy, and beautiful. The service was truly amazing. Every single staff member was attentive to your needs and offered to help before I even asked. I have stayed in nice hotels but this one was truly luxurious. I felt like I was the only guest staying there. It's located a few minute walk off Champs Elysees. They even upgraded us to a junior suite for our wedding anniversary. I will definitely return.

A great Avenue right through the middle of all the sites you want to see in Paris, better to view at night

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We booked this hotel through TripMasters and we were overall very pleased with our stay here. Although it's considered a 4 or 5 star hotel, I set my standards lower before coming because I heard hotel rooms in Paris are generally a lot smaller. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was 1 room that came with a king bed, 1 small table, and 2 armchairs. It wasn't big compared to other hotel standards but we were very happy that the room was very clean and comfortable. The overall style and decor is not modern, more of a classic luxurious feel, but it was still very nice. The bathroom was really cute (loved the tiles), and pretty spacious with a shower and a jacuzzi tub. They provide Hermes brand amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.) which was a bonus! Also loved that they had free wifi, A/C, slippers, a radio, TV, coffee machine, etc. although we didn't take advantage of all of these things. We arrived around noon and our room wasn't ready yet. Check-in isn't until 2:00 I believe so I wasn't upset about this. We just checked our bags in with concierge and left to explore the city. We had a great experience with the staff here. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. One of the ladies was super helpful and even made a restaurant reservation for us at our request. Merci beaucoup! Random tidbits: - The elevator is tiny and old school!! The kind where you have to manually open the door. Pretty cool and also a little scary! But we didn't have any problems with it. - The power went out on our last morning. But as soon as we called the front desk, they sent someone over to fix it immediately. No biggie! - Nearest metro station is George V on the Avenue des Champs Elysees (just a 5 min walk away). We found it to be very convenient and used this metro stop often! - Our package included breakfast and it was pretty delicious! A decent variety of hot American foods (eggs, sausage, etc) and French food (croissants, crepes, etc). Especially loved their brie cheeses!

Beautiful shops. Mix of high end and very affordable. Loved dining at several places there. Something for everyone. The City of Love doesn't disappoint.

I usually don't write reviews because I hate wasting my time complaining, but my god DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, do NOT stay here! Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Rudest staff in all my stays in Paris (have been to Paris multiple times). Unhelpful with any questions and concerns that we had. So many other places in Paris that are nicer and have FRIENDLY staff!

We had the great fortune to stay at the Champs Elysees Plaza last week. From the moment we checked in the staff was wonderful and accommodating, Our room was surprisingly large with a great view of the city and a spacious bathroom. There is not one thing I would change in fact we plan on making this delightful hotel our go to spot for our future trips to Paris. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so memorable!
