I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel ✨ From the very first moment everything felt welcoming and well-prepared. 🤝 Service was beyond amazing. A special thank you to Osama 🙏, he was truly outstanding, so kind and attentive, and made my stay unforgettable. 🍳 Breakfast was delicious, fresh, and full of variety every morning. 🧼 Cleanliness & Décor were perfect — the place was spotless with a stylish, cozy design. 🍫 The small welcome details like chocolate in the room made me feel really cared for. 🔔 I also appreciated how the staff always kept me updated in case there was anything important. Overall, it was an exceptional experience 💫 I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants comfort, style, and excellent service.

The location was perfect—close to many of the city’s highlights, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and private. This beautiful boutique hotel checked all the boxes and the staff were so accommodating, particularly in light of a medical issue we encountered. The front desk manager was very professional and helpful. |The room / bath were lovely and nightly , they check to see what you may need and drop some type of sweet. |The breakfast was wonderful with so many choices. Emma in the restaurant was most engaging. Definitely recommend this for a stay in Paris .

Perfect hotel to stay at in Paris the location is near to the Champs-Élysées, My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The place is clean, well-organized, and offers a very comfortable atmosphere. They welcomed me with a macaron from laduree, What made the experience truly special was the excellent service from Osama. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

I've stayed in the Elysia twice and have been impressed with the accommodations both times. It's a lovely hotel and the location cannot be beat. It feels small and intimate, but the service is on par with larger hotels. The breakfast is really nice and the turndown service was another high point. I hope to stay here on a 3rd trip sometime soon!

Absolutely amazing hotel in the heart of Paris! We've traveled around the world, and this is one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed in. Hotel staff are professional and helpful. Rooms are impeccably decorated - the beds are also so comfortable. The bar is cool and has good drinks. We had lemon drop martinis, which were great. The only downside is that the old-school elevator is quite small and can only accommodate a few people at a time. It does add to the overall charm of the boutique-y hotel, though!

Where to begin?… This place has a perfect location, the rooms are spacious and full of tiny details to make you comfortable, from the beauty kit including a full Dyson air wrap, the top-quality linen, the beautiful decor, the little night courtesy, to the the incomparable scent of their clean towels! Their service is another level of attention, from the person who greets you at the car, to the people at the reception desk, to the arrangements for tours and experiences—everything—the best attitude, always going the extra mile to make a difference and help their guests: simply extraordinary! The team is kind beyond measure, always very helpful, and ready to accommodate any need in the possible best way! The restaurant has a delicious “home made” breakfast buffet, and their team is ready to prepare delicious suggestions to adapt to the little palates (my girl was so happy to get little surprises each time: mini croissants, mini crepes, tiny omelets!) From the very start to the last moment, it was a perfect experience in every way. Our home in Paris! We will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely spectacular area and a special moment in time being there. I used to dream of visiting, but to actually stand here is surreal. The area is extremely touristy, very busy, cars come out of nowhere. The area for taking pictures in the middle of the street is like a death trap, not worth risking my life. Lots of high-end department stores on the street of the Champs.

I don't know why this hotel hasn't been rated more. It's exceptionally clean, classy, and beautiful. The service was truly amazing. Every single staff member was attentive to your needs and offered to help before I even asked. I have stayed in nice hotels but this one was truly luxurious. I felt like I was the only guest staying there. It's located a few minute walk off Champs Elysees. They even upgraded us to a junior suite for our wedding anniversary. I will definitely return.

A great Avenue right through the middle of all the sites you want to see in Paris, better to view at night

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in May. We booked this hotel through TripMasters and we were overall very pleased with our stay here. Although it's considered a 4 or 5 star hotel, I set my standards lower before coming because I heard hotel rooms in Paris are generally a lot smaller. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was 1 room that came with a king bed, 1 small table, and 2 armchairs. It wasn't big compared to other hotel standards but we were very happy that the room was very clean and comfortable. The overall style and decor is not modern, more of a classic luxurious feel, but it was still very nice. The bathroom was really cute (loved the tiles), and pretty spacious with a shower and a jacuzzi tub. They provide Hermes brand amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, etc.) which was a bonus! Also loved that they had free wifi, A/C, slippers, a radio, TV, coffee machine, etc. although we didn't take advantage of all of these things. We arrived around noon and our room wasn't ready yet. Check-in isn't until 2:00 I believe so I wasn't upset about this. We just checked our bags in with concierge and left to explore the city. We had a great experience with the staff here. Everyone we encountered was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. One of the ladies was super helpful and even made a restaurant reservation for us at our request. Merci beaucoup! Random tidbits: - The elevator is tiny and old school!! The kind where you have to manually open the door. Pretty cool and also a little scary! But we didn't have any problems with it. - The power went out on our last morning. But as soon as we called the front desk, they sent someone over to fix it immediately. No biggie! - Nearest metro station is George V on the Avenue des Champs Elysees (just a 5 min walk away). We found it to be very convenient and used this metro stop often! - Our package included breakfast and it was pretty delicious! A decent variety of hot American foods (eggs, sausage, etc) and French food (croissants, crepes, etc). Especially loved their brie cheeses!

Beautiful shops. Mix of high end and very affordable. Loved dining at several places there. Something for everyone. The City of Love doesn't disappoint.

I usually don't write reviews because I hate wasting my time complaining, but my god DO NOT STAY HERE! I repeat, do NOT stay here! Horrible horrible horrible customer service! Rudest staff in all my stays in Paris (have been to Paris multiple times). Unhelpful with any questions and concerns that we had. So many other places in Paris that are nicer and have FRIENDLY staff!

We had the great fortune to stay at the Champs Elysees Plaza last week. From the moment we checked in the staff was wonderful and accommodating, Our room was surprisingly large with a great view of the city and a spacious bathroom. There is not one thing I would change in fact we plan on making this delightful hotel our go to spot for our future trips to Paris. Thank you for making our first trip to Paris so memorable!
