Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

We stayed here due to a family member being in the hospital nearby, but really enjoyed our stay. This hotel is absolutely stunning! Wow. The lobby and main area of the hotel is beautiful and serene. I spent several hours teleworking from the business center and it was a pleasurable experience. I didn’t take any photos of our room, but it was so clean and comfortable. The beds and blankets were soft and we had a great nights rest. 10/10 would recommend if you need somewhere to stay in the area, or if you want to plan an event. They have several event rooms and a pool. The lobby has tons of seating and there is a bar and gift shop.

Wonderful hotel. Las Cruces the town leaves something to be desired in the realm of beauty, but the hotel makes up for it. Wonderful pool area and the aesthetics of the hotel are enjoyable. The staff is truly excellent and we were pleased with our stay. And because check out is reasonably late, we were able to go to White Sands and come back before we had to check out - welcome in the summer with such high heat. Only point of contention - truly terrible wifi connection in our room (and the rooms are a bit dated).

My first visit here was excellent. I was on the 6th floor with a beautiful view. Everything in the room worked perfectly. I had no problems and had a great experience Everything was wonderful. So I decided to come back and rent a room here again. My second visit, needed some work. My view wasn't that great, the view is a bunch of plants and trees blocking the view. I had a hard time opening and closing the blackout curtains and the toilet in the bathroom was just running all the time and making a loud sound. I believe the room was meant for someone who was shorter than me because when taking a shower I had to bend my knees to get my hair washed, and to wash my hands I had to bend over further than I'd like to. The room was A little more colder than I'd like. I tried to turn the heater up but it didn't do much. Other than my second experience, I really like this hotel.

We had a great dining experience during our holiday stay. Shannon and the rest of the kitchen crew was genuinely helpful and made our dining a pleasant one. The patio pool area is quiet, well maintained. The girls cleaners are on time, made our room refreshed everyday.

Wow the bartender was amazing! So personable and nice made the evening so enjoyable! I had a slightly dirty gin martini and it was perfect had a layer of the ice and was so delicious! She also had some dinner recommendations that I enjoyed but Sky definitely made our night!

Sky Blu service is amazing!! Attoall clients with exceptional service. Our cocktails were absolutely fantastic!! Margaritas were delicious and cannot say enough about their hospitality!! Quesadillas were so delicious and not stingy with the filling. I would definitely recommend them anytime!

Sky was great! Her customer service was excellent and her drink recommendation was perfect. Definitely would recommend on. Crème brûlée was watery but overall the service made up for it. Bar was clean and she had a vast knowledge of the menu.

We didn't stay the night...Martha Olivas was great in helping put the the dessert together and take it down....the service was outstanding.. waiters didn't miss a beat with clean up. Decorations were beautiful...So happy for the bride and groom ....Congratulations Fernando and Irma Salinas.
