Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

We loved the Hotel Encanto experience. Beautiful room, amazing amenities, gorgeous pool and the staff was incredibly attentive. Especially Max and Madi at the pool side bar! They made my husband and I the best Watermelon Margaritas! I've been in the food biz for 20 years, that's not just empty praises, it really was the best margarita I can remember having. I hope the Encanto management team recognizes the real talent they have on staff and values these two team members. Nice rooms alone make a pleasant experience, but amazing staff make it memorable and garner you repeat guests. 🐺🐻

Hotel appears fancy, but it's not. carpet is slightly dated. Dining options for extra charge. Tried to order room service at 1030 am but no one answered. Left message but never got a call back. Rooms are not cleaned daily . Have to ask for extra coffee, towels toiletries. The room heat/AC is preset, can only change the speed. Was never able to get the room below 71. No microwave or refrigerator in room. Hot tub and pool was nice when you could get to it. If there is even a sniff of rain they close them.

The food at our event was absolutely phenomenal—truly exceeded all expectations. Every dish was flavorful, beautifully presented, and clearly made with quality ingredients and care. Guests couldn't stop raving about how delicious everything was!|Josh and Martha delivered outstanding service from start to finish. They were professional, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making sure every detail was perfect. Their warm and friendly approach made the entire experience even more enjoyable.|This was hands down the best event food we've ever had. The combination of exceptional cuisine and top-tier service made it unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning an event—100% worth it!

First of all, I want I want to express my appreciation for 2 employees whom now I get to call friends. They made my stay for the concert comfortably swell. Their names are Shannon as the bartenders. By the way she makes a killer Bloody Mary, she’s moped the floor on all the bartenders I’ve had. And las but not least “Max”. Met Max at the bar/restaurant. She is so approachable and easy to talk to. Makes you feel like I’ve known Max all my life. These two employees definitely need to get a raise on what they’re already getting paid. Definitely definitely coming back. As a Certified Spanish Interpreter, I’ll will let my colleagues know where to come to, where you can meet all people of all walks of life.

I had the pleasure of being at the Hotel E pool on Sunday, August 31, 2025, and Max was our bartender. Max was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we sat down, Max was attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcomed. Max had great recommendations that really elevated our experience. Beyond the skills behind the bar, Max created a fun and relaxing atmosphere that made our pool day even better. Max truly went above and beyond with the service, and it’s clear Max enjoys what he does. Hotel E is lucky to have Max on their team—I’ll definitely be back because of the excellent service Max provided! - The Saiz Family 🫶

Came with my wife and family for vacation. We traveled from Hobbs. We met max and Madi at the pool side bar and they were the best. They definitely need a raise and treated us amazing! We had an amazing time at the pool because of them. Thank you max and Madi for our amazing first stay at hotel encanto!

This hotel was very nice. I liked the local flare of the furnishings and decorations. This hotel did not have the feel of "rubber stamp" chain hotels. The lobby was nicely decorated with crucifixes, a fountain, an angel statue, and religious paintings. The hotel staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. The room had heavy, solid wood furniture, was clean, with a comfortable king bed, and a great view of the city and mountains on the horizon.

This place is amazing! Everything was perfect from the rooms to the wonderful caring staff. I accidentally left my pet's urn in the room and Leticia made sure to ship them safely to me. She is a Godsend. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this beautiful property. Thanks again Leticia!
