Wish i can gave 0 stars, me and my friends went for dinner and at the return no one was working, not receptionist, not the owner no one to open the door for us and we we made the check in nobody told us about it. If theres a pasword to enter or an hour and we has to sleep in the stairs...

The location is in a quiet area, with the walking distance to park, and attractions. Room is small, clean and neat, exactly enough to recharge as you spend the day out. Staff is very nice. Breakfast is simple with all the food you need to start the day, I enjoyed. I liked the area, the door and elevator, so you have an idea of the typical housing arround the Rome. I enjoyed the stay and will come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Located within a beautiful building with plenty of good restaurants and gelato around. Not far from the park and about a 30 minute walk to the colosseum. All the staff that run the front desk are just so kind. William gave my husband and I plenty of recommendations, stored away our backpacks the day we left and gave us access to retrieve them at our own convenience. The rooms are decent size with minimal things. Bring your own conditioner as here, they don’t have it. Also, don’t expect Egyptian silk sheets nor marble sinks. It’s a very humble stay. The shower drainage doesn’t work too well and the hair dryer has a bit of mold. But the beds are comfy, they have AC and plenty of light from the windows. Id stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very comfy hotel in a calm, beautiful district. Hotel room was clean, air con was working, bathroom had everything you needed. One downside - the mini fridge was not working. The hotel breakfast was simple, but tasty and very conveniant. You don't really need to use public transport, the location is perfect to just walk anywhere :)

If you are looking for luxury and "above and beyond" service look somewhere else!!! For the rates we paid for and with breakfast everyday, this place met our expectations. There were 6 of us and all we wanted was a nice, quiet and clean place to sleep in-in the center of Rome. Our towels and linen were nice, CLEAN and WHITE (not stained, no yellow or not grose looking like some of the towels in other branded name motels)! You'd have to let them know you want your sheets and towels changed by placing your linens and towels on the floor, otherwise they won't be changed, just like what you need to do in most 3 stars hotels (or even 4 stars hotels)! The breakfast each morning was good, satisfying and a certainly a plus! There isn't a hotel sign outside the building which we only found out when we arrived at the place after going around 3 times :) The hotel is on the 3rd floor. Yes, the staff don't speak English, but they are not RUDE! My experience with the old man there was that he tried to communicate but maybe gets overwhelmed when unable to, but he is nice and tries to joke in his own way! I was able to communicate with Sylvia via email the entire time whenever I needed something done/accomplished. No point in getting it done in the front desk. Yes, there isn't anybody sitting in the front desk most of the time, but all guest has a key to get inside. There is a bell to press when you need someone to come to the front desk! We could have stayed in better hotel with better package, but I did not want to spend at least 100 Euros more per night! We had one room with 4 people and another room with 2 people! This place was perfect for us!!!

Stayed for a few days at the end of my trip to Italy. I asked the proprietor to call me a cab to take me to the airport the morning I left-- he quoted 60 euros (10 above the 50 cabs are legally required to charge, a "finder's fee" if you will.) Surprise surprise, as soon as we reached the airport the driver produced an email from the proprietor agreeing to SEVENTY EUROS. The man had my baggage, I had to pay. This place left me feeling violated and slimy. Would never, ever stay here. I would sleep on airport benches before trusting this proprietor again.

I did a reservation at this hotel through an online reservation platform. On the day of the stay at 11 AM they sent me a message that they canceled the stay. Do you realise? Lucky that I entered on the platform. If I didn't see the message? I woke up in Rome and they at the hotel had the door closed. They reasoned that a water pipe was broken. Allow me not to believe.
