My family and I spent a night at Hotel Estacio. We arrived in the late afternoon and noticed the entrance was closed and had to access the hotel via the bar (same owners) - no indication at the door that we had to do this. When we introduced ourselves the owner took a good while to guide us to the "hotel lobby" and give us the keys. I thought he was going to give us the keys immediately after so I called for the lift, and he rudely snapped at me saying that I should calm down, and that he had to explain a few things before heading to the room. I was extremely shocked how he spoke to me, as If i was the biggest pain in the world. I understand he had to explain things and hence my calling the elevator was not necessary, but there are other ways at talking to your guests, particularly when they had been waiting for quite long already. Otherwise the hotel is very new, comfortable and simple in style. Very convenient but with nothing special either. I felt the treatment was terrible and zero guest attention.||||El hotel en general esta bien - nuevo, muy practico y comodo. Lamentablemente, el servicio fue terrible y el señor que nos entregó las llaves fue muy maleducado y grosero.
