Hotel Estrella De Belem

It is a truly charming inn, with a lovely courtyard, and fabulous rooftop patio, with a stunning view. It's in a great location, walkable to many great attractions, large and small. Many wonderful restaurants in the vicinity, and even delicious food available, and made to order, right on-site. ||My room was huge, and it felt like I was in a Hallmark movie (only not the trashy kind, the nice kind). The prices were quite reasonable for the attention and beauty that surrounds you as a guest.||Having a limited number of rooms available, you don't feel like you're one of hundreds. The hotel itself is in a really old, lovely building, not one of those modern, sterile Holiday Inn type places, where you know exactly what you'll get, and it's so-so, but you put up with it because you know it's marginally acceptable. This place is not one of those boring, passable places.||It was a truly unique experience staying there, and I would highly recommend it.

This is the only place we want to stay when we visit. The hospitality is top-notch. The daily breakfast is delicious and eaten in a lovely setting; all of the foods ordered through room service were excellent. The massage therapists are incredible. Highly recommend the hot stone massage. There’s a lovely little pool on the roof. The rooms are spotless and the beds very comfortable. Daniel, who works at the front desk, is a particular favorite — kind, knowledgeable, professional and always eager to help. If there is anything we want or need, he is happy to arrange. All of the staff here are wonderful and truly make sure we have everything we need. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Hotel Belem 🤗

We were staying in the hotel across the street and popped in here for a delicious breakfast in the courtyard. We had peeped in the day before and the staff welcomed us in, and even gave us a tour of the historic property.

Very central hotel and convenient for the pyramid, etc. Rooms set around a courtyard. Each room has a mezzanine floor with the bathroom - it's a slightly strange arrangement although necessary to fit everything in. Our steps didn't have handrails so were rather hazardous at night - worth checking depending on your capabilities. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Pool smaller than the pictures suggest. No evening meals but plenty of restaurants nearby. Off-street parking 50m from the hotel.

An amazing, top of the line, family owned business in Puebla. The rooms are unbelievable, so is the breakfast and the overall team at the Estrella. Can't say enough good things about this place and I think you can't go wrong spending time here!

Super wonderful hotel! The common spaces and room were beautiful. Room was large and bathroom functional. Both English and Spanish tv channels and strong ac. Daniel the night manager was super friendly and helpful along with the whole staff. Wonderful 3 night stay

Great Hotel, excellent personel atention and beautifull views on the roof. The restaurant area is nice (patio), and the breakfast are delicious. All the personel very kind and always ready to servicie. And the building is beautiful was an Hacienda.

Very nice hotel! Located very close of on of my favorite jazz club "Jazzatlan". The service was impeccable. I appreciated all the service. I left the hotel very early because I live in Mexico city so I couldn't explore all the services: Food, Pool, etc. The place is very very nice.
