The hotel was an excellent choice for our visit to Paris. The design is contemporary and the cleanliness was impeccable, showing great care in upkeep. The breakfast offered a delightful variety and was a perfect way to start our days exploring the city. Its location is very convenient, just a short distance from major Paris attractions and easily accessible by metro. Most importantly, the staff provided outstanding service—polite, professional, and genuinely kind. Etan stood out with his exceptional professionalism and friendly attitude, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was excellent near Metro station. The staff was friendly especially Fariza in front desk. She was really helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing fresh, especially the croissant and all other items. Rahul in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Everything was really perfect.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and very comfortable, with all the amenities to make my stay relaxing.||The location is perfect—close to everything yet quiet enough to feel peaceful. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of options, and the service was attentive without being intrusive.||What really stood out was the attention to detail and the warm hospitality that made me feel truly at home. Good location close to transport links and the convention centre, nice neighbourhood overall with some nice restaurants. The hotel itself didn’t feel like a 4-star. Minimal amenities in the rooms - 2/3 teabags and a couple of coffee capsules. My shower head couldn’t attach overhead so had to handhold it, water pressure wasn’t great either. My safety box didn’t work so I informed reception on arrival and they promised to get it fixed in the morning, but no one attended to it even after my reminder, so I gave up on the request. Cleaning staff was efficient though, but overall staff lacked friendliness. Have stayed in similarly priced hotels nearby, which had better service overall.

Here for a conference hence book this boutique hotel. Didn’t have much expectation given the location but I find some of the staff were super helpful and friendly. In particular, Farizah at the front counter, Rahul in the kitchen, and also another lady at the kitchen - really friendly and helpful. While not centrally located, it’s near to metro and arc de tromphe. It’s also convenient with supermarket across the street and restaurants nearby. Room is decent.

Lovely boutique hotel, big clean rooms, kind service. Located on a large street but in a coveted central and more quiet neighbourhood. Close to metro. Limited room service but staff will accommodate in-room dining needs when possible.
