Spent five comfortable nights total at the hotel. We enjoyed its location a short walking distance beyond the Arc de Triomphe, as it was quieter yet with plenty of restaurants and cafes, market and pastry shops nearby. Metro stop was a 2 minute walk away which connected you to all points. Easy to get to the hotel from the airport by metro, even if you are not highly familiar with the metro system. Be sure to read up on the different metro tickets available ahead of time. Rooms were roomy and nicely appointed, as was the front lobby and dining room. Wonderful coffee maker in the dining room and great breakfast for an extra fee. Sauna available in the basement. All of the staff was very accommodating. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Antonio went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable. We had stayed at the hotel 13 years earlier, and we were so glad we went back. Hope to again stay there sometime in the near future!

Love this location! It gets you anywhere within 20 - 30 mins. Quiet and very convenient with the pharmacy&supermart right opposite. Best place to stay in Paris & i will be back again in a heartbeat. Very clean & good space for the twin room.If you have a big luggage, this is the perfect place to get to the RER without needing the stairs. 5 out of 5!

Three of us stayed here for a short family break in Paris, and had a fantastic time. Service was excellent all round - staff were friendly, super efficient, and always on hand if needed.||We were in the Sancy Suite which was great, with the sofa bed in the lounge allowing some separation between sleeping areas. No complaints on the rooms features and amenities - all comfy and stylish. Balcony overlooking the city was a great place to sit and chill out after all the walking!||Had breakfast in the hotel on the last day - maybe a touch more than you’ll pay in some of the bistros, but def a wider choice and quality was great. ||Metro station is a 5min walk away, and there are a couple of convenience stores opposite if you need any supplies.||All in all, great experience and would very happily stay there again.

I had a great time! Especially that this is my second time in the hotel. My first stay was to recover after a surgery in Paris. I felt at home! The staff are very kind, professional and attentionnate. |The reception staff are very friendly, they serve guests with lots of attention. The restaurant space is clean and cosy. We really appreciated the staff especially Coco who is so friendly and professional.|Rooms are so elegant and so clean, We appreciated the efforts and the energy of Chloé who with her team is so professional taking care of all the details to ensure the comfort of guests. |I recommend this hotel strongly! Not only for its location but for the quality of services.

This stay we had was great! The receptionist Antonio was very friendly and helpful! Our original stay was with different dates but due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to reschedule. The hotel accommodated our request for the new requested dates and we enjoyed our time there! Definitely worth it.

My stay at the Etoile Maillot was impeccable. 5 star comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The customer service was lovely I felt valued and I want to personally thank, Sarah, Antonio, jidel and the rest for making my stay memorable and like home. I would most definitely be happy to come back to the same hotel on my next visit to Paris.

We stayed here for a few nights during our stay in Paris and although the hotel is rated 4 stars, we were a bit disappointed with some of the instances that we experienced here. For one, when we arrived and were given our rooms, we were extremely surprised to be given the key to a room that when we entered, already had guests staying in! We understand that this was a mix up and that mistakes happen but this wasnt the best way to start our stay here. In addition to this, the room that we were eventually given was definitely smaller and lacked the plugs that we required for one guest to get all their work done. In addition, the heat was on high and despite us turning down the temperature, I woke up sweating through the night multiple times. The staff did try their hardest to provide for us what we needed (bring an extension cord, etc) but it was more hassle than we had hoped for. I also really appreciate the coffee machine that was available for all guests to use 24 hours a day. The location was great because it was only a few steps away from the nearby Metro station and across the street from a grocery store. Delicious food is walking distance away and the view of the Arc can be seen a few steps outside of the hotel! Overall, some kinks need to be worked out.
