This is a nice, quiet hotel near the downtown area of Brno, close to the Janacek theater and walking distance from the city center. There is a nice alley in front of the hotel. Also, the hotel has an inner courtyard where one can park the car. We booked a superior room but it was quite small. However, it was quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was decent with a choice of hot and cold meals and nice desserts. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a nice stay in a quiet area for a good price.

The hotel offered a basic room with towels, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and a working hairdryer. The breakfast was good, with a variety of international and local foods and fruits, but not something fancy. The location is very good, 15 minutes casual walk to the city centre, and it had many parks around for you to visit. We arrived early and we had the option to store our luggage until the check in time, free of charge. One thing I should mention is that, the lady that did our check in was not familiar with our counties' ID cards and asked for passports. Luckily we had them with us even though they are not required with in the eu.

Room is completely different from the photos shown on booking. Staff was not happy and arrogant, at 10:30 they turn off the water so you can no longer brush your teeth, go to the toilet or shower. In short, definitely not recommended for the price you pay.

Very enjoyable stay here. Away from centre but easy short walk. Down an unassuming street but also close to an enjoyable park with great green spaces. Some restaurants on this road too.||Smart and tidy reception with a small bar area. Nice staff who helped with anything needed. Breakfast downstairs. This had all the usual continental items you would expect plus some cooked items like European sausage and bacon and scrambled and hard boiled eggs. Very nice coffee. Plus cakes. Presentation was simple but clean and tidy and well maintained. ||My room had a smart modern and very clean bathroom with shower cubicle. Mates who were staying had different style bathrooms. Some with baths and others with walk in shower. My room did not have a safe but a mate’s did. Bed was comfortable and had a good sleep. Air con unit did the job when needed. My room had ceiling windows that used a pole to pull down blinds. ||All in all a nice mid price hotel that has all you need and is not far from main attractions.

Good place for short stay. Location is really great as it’s very close to the city center but also to a lovely park and lots of cafes/restaurants. The room was clean and small (doable for a two night stay). Breakfast is depressing as it’s served in the basement of the hotel, with no windows. We found the price to be quite high for the quality and size of the room. Staff is friendly but we expected more of a reaction from the receptionist when we told her a big brick fell off the hotel roof and almost landed on my toddler and our car … Overall nice and recommendable for short stays!

Walked past three times before I found it, next to Amphone Club. Didn’t hear noise from there, but it was Monday night.|Room basic but a plus was the double bed! Shower was a bit splashy but plenty hot. The usual empty minibar. Windows opened to let in air, it was a sticky thundery evening.breakfast was positively lavish, with a stern warning not to take away food.

We stayed for two nights and overall, it was a great stay. Lovely staff, good location and quiet neighborhood. Since Brno is a really small city, the hotel is at a walking distance to almost everywhere in the city, including the train station and Masaryk University. The restrooms having bidet nozzle is also a huge plus. I highly recommend Hotel Europa to everyone who wishes to stay in Brno.
