The location of the hotel is perfect. Some steps from the main La Paz road. The building is old and its age is obvious. The furniture isn’t modern and the Wi-Fi slow. The breakfast very poor, for a five star hotel.Has only the elementary. The staff is helpful, but the majority speaks only Spanish.

We stayed at the Europa Hotel for 3 nights. |There was no shower cap, no soap, and the towels were old worn, shabby towels. |The service on the restaurant was very poor.|The breakfast was very basic! |Not a 5 star hotel!

This is in three parts - the good, the bad, and the ugly. THE GOOD - its location just off the Main Street in La Paz. The room was spacious with a nice desk area, tons of storage and closet space to hang things and best of all was the heated floors. Oh the joy when your feet feel the heat radiating up, especially when you get out of the shower. Fantastic. THE BAD - this is NOT a fault with the hotel, but there is no nearby food or grocery stores unless you walk 15 minutes or so to the Hipermart. There are nearby places to get water but they are tiny little spaces. THE UGLY - while they have a breakfast Buffy (and it is good) the restaurant only opens when there is a big enough conference at the hotel. They also forgot my wake up call, fortunately I travel with my own alarm. I would stay again.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed. The staff was nice. I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel.

The hotel website advertised the Spa as a relaxing experience |Price is double of other saunas in the area|We were gladly surprised about the cleanliness and the facilities.|We were first in the area|The first hour was great and we were able to enjoy the dry and steam saunas as well as the jacuzzi |After that three women walked in with their kids.|From then on was a nightmare.|They did not stop shouting, running and jumping in the pool. |Their mothers were also very loud.|Although it was posted in the changing rooms that lotions and cream were not allowed they used different kinds of creams before entering the saunas.|No relaxation at all.|They should tell clients upfront that kids are allowed and that the facilities are their playground.|Never again.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The towels are large and thick.|We are on the 9th floor. We stayed 2 nights then came back for another 2 nights. Each time the rooms were very noisy from outside. There is a school that had band practice until around 10pm. Firecrackers going off - but no holiday. It's very warm with no air so either be hot or put up with honking cars, a marching band and children screaming outside your window.|Good breakfast.

Good location at the bottom of the valley close to the blue cable car line. Good size room with 2 lounge chairs, desk and chair, mini fridge, in room safe and plenty of wardrobe space. Wifi worked ok but the TV only had Spanish channels. The bathroom had decent amenities. Bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast selection was pretty good with eggs cooked to order. The hotel was pretty quiet and there didn’t seem to be a lot of staff on duty but everything was catered for. There’s also a pool, sauna and spa area which we didn’t use. |Overall, very satisfied with our stay.
