Hotel Europa

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed. The staff was nice. I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel.

Nice hotel. Rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom. The shower has good pressure and hot water. The towels are large and thick.|We are on the 9th floor. We stayed 2 nights then came back for another 2 nights. Each time the rooms were very noisy from outside. There is a school that had band practice until around 10pm. Firecrackers going off - but no holiday. It's very warm with no air so either be hot or put up with honking cars, a marching band and children screaming outside your window.|Good breakfast.

Potable water was not available on site. Also, when I got up at 2:30am to leave for the airport, there was no running water in the sink or shower. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is in a good, central location. The room was large and quiet. There's a reasonable range of breakfast options. The restaurant also has a good range of options for lunch or dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was generally OK although from time to time it didn't work.

Good location at the bottom of the valley close to the blue cable car line. Good size room with 2 lounge chairs, desk and chair, mini fridge, in room safe and plenty of wardrobe space. Wifi worked ok but the TV only had Spanish channels. The bathroom had decent amenities. Bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast selection was pretty good with eggs cooked to order. The hotel was pretty quiet and there didn’t seem to be a lot of staff on duty but everything was catered for. There’s also a pool, sauna and spa area which we didn’t use. |Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Probably not a full 5 star hotel but perfectly comfortable and good food and service. Pool is shut on Mondays. Very affordable for a "5 star". Great location just off the main road of La Paz and walking distance to the main tourist area.

Although not the most luxurious hotel, it probably is one of the best in la Paz. The hotel staff is great, help you open doors, prepared a breakfast bag for me since I had to leave before their actual breakfast started. Also located in walking distance to their main downtown area. The walls are a little thin but overall I’m happy with my stay.

It's a really nice hotel (wouldn't say 5 star though) but we didn't have a good experience with any of the staff (except for the cleaners that were lovely). Whenever we went to the reception they would keep doing what they were doing until they finished without acknowledging you. A simple smile and "I'll be right with you" would be fine if what you're doing is so important it can't be interrupted for a guest. Hopefully management can hire some nicer people to make this a great hotel. Breakfast was average and surprised there was no bacon.
