Spacious room and bathroom, old world charm. We even had a balcony that looked over a green space to the rear of the hotel! Water pressure was great. Maid service and breakfasts good. Location fantastic - close to train and tram - easy commutes to tourist sites. There is an elevator, so no worries getting heavy bags to upper floors. Would absolutely stay again.

Great hotel, even though I didn't actually go to stay there, but when I was forced to cancel my trip and had to pay a large amount of money for it, they gave me a full refund not long after I submitted my request. I don't know if they give full refunds in all cases, but I'm still very thankful to them for making my crashing day redeemable. If I still get the chance to travel next time, I will still choose to stay at this hotel.

If you find old-fashion interior charming, this is the place for you. It looks like a hotel from the 40/50's with the bed covers, old fashion radios, delicate china cups on the coffe tray, wall paper, curtains etc... But very modern bathrooms, tv, kettle and fridge so nothing is lacking. A huge back yard filled with with plants and even a small fish pond.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to several key issues. Firstly, the room felt outdated. Secondly, I experienced a lack of security, as some of my possessions disappeared. The fact that the front desk and housekeeping offered three different explanations only compounded the problem. Finally, noise was a significant factor, with street-facing rooms vibrating noticeably from tram traffic. For a more satisfactory stay in Krakow, consider other hotels.

Lovely hotel and staff were very helpful. We were able to get breakfast early one morning as we were heading away for the day. Rooms were comfortable. Housekeeping staff were very attentive. It is in the centre of Krakow which was very handy. I would stay there again.

Good hotel with an older charm. It’s next to the main train station in Krakow and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of old town. The breakfast is nice, only issue is it is right next to a busy tram stop and they’re a bit loud if you want to leave the window open at night other than that enjoyed my stay.

This hotel is just great. I made a mistake if booking wrong date but, no problem they changed where many would charge. Arrived very early, asked if I could leave bags. No problem they had my room. Rooms spotless, warm fantastic shower with kettle and tv. Decor more traditional Polish style which was nice. Location is great, old town a nice short walk. Train station very short walk with massive shopping centre. Would I stay here again? Absolutely, I plan to come regular the city is so nice and safe I will make this hotel my go to place I loved ut.

We had a great experience here. Staff was very helpful and link us to a service to go to Auschwitz from door to door. Historical building in very good condition. A few blocks away from train station and shopping center across the street. Waking to old Krakow only took a few minutes. Highly recommended!

Yelp
Booked this stay when we went to visit some family a while back. The lobby was really nice and cozy, the staff was friendly and the whole lobby area smelled with the lunch special. Simply amazing. The rooms were nice, old style theme which matches perfectly with the city. Breakfast was included which was a nice surprise because with most hotels you need to pay extra for that. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely stay next time

Yelp
A grand hotel located right across the street from Krakow Central rail station and a huge shopping mall. Clean rooms, helpful friendly professional staff. Walking distance to Old Town and Market Square area (which happens to be the largest market square in europe). Stay more than a few nights and they can negotiate a better room rate. I believe the buffet was an extra 6 euro per person, but worth every euro. Full buffet of cheeses, breads, juices, meats, fruits, etc etc.. Good idea to get the buffet and get energy to pound the cobblestone streets when exploring Krakow.
