Receptionists we're friendly and great. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Close transport links to everywhere as its 2 minute walk away from major train station and tram stops. Would 100% stay again.

The hospitality at the reception was warm and welcoming—check-in was smooth, and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. The location is superb—easy to access and close to everything I needed.

Pros:|- Location: (Walking) Wrocław Train Station (5min).|- Bathroom amenities: Combined liquid soap/shampoo, hairdryer (1250w).|- Complimentary bottles of water each day.||Cons:|- Neighbourhood feels distinctly unsafe; witnessed a drug deal nearby, with serious criminal incidents occurring in surrounding streets during our stay.|- Breakfast was shockingly poor: expired milk and yoghurt (expiry dates passed) left unrefrigerated for hours, consistently empty juice machine, stale cakes re-used each day, cold and hard pancakes, visibly brown and spoiled fruit left out for days, and dirty, stained tablecloths reused daily without cleaning—overall unacceptable hygiene.|- Room cleaning was completely unacceptable; glasses and cups obviously just rinsed and not properly washed, leftover food on floor from previous guests remained untouched throughout our entire stay, beds were left unmade even after housekeeping visits, and the shower drain was blocked by previous guests’ hair and grime.|- Security extremely inadequate; reception frequently left unattended at night, allowing free access to anyone, including visibly intoxicated individuals entering and drinking openly in hotel stairwells, with no staff intervention. Elevators also had no security measures, enabling unrestricted access to all hotel floors.|- Internet barely functional with speeds around 4 Mbps, severely impacting usability throughout the hotel (rooms, lobby, breakfast area).|- Air-conditioning completely non-functional.|- No in-room safe provided, adding further security concerns.|- Street-facing rooms extremely noisy throughout the night, significantly disrupting sleep.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Breakfast offerings were very bad. First, the staff at the reception were very rude and unprofessional. Our breakfast was pre-booked earlier, but somehow our name was not on the list. The receptionist, a girl, looked at us as if we were trying to eat breakfast without paying. She ignored us, making calls to others. After wasting our valuable time that morning, she found out it was their mistake and let us have breakfast. The breakfast did not have any good offerings, and the food was terrible. It was not vegetarian or vegan-friendly. Not recommending.

Overall the hotel is nice. Big pros fur us was the 24/7 reception since we arrived late at night. The room was clean and warm. The only downside we found was that the TV doesn't have a lot of channels and the WiFi was not so good

We are here for four nights, this being our last. This hotel has been absolutely perfect for our needs. The staff could not have been more helpful, particularly the young lady on reception who has helped us out with directions and so many other things during our stay. Great service. Thanks so much Love Poland, love Wroclaw. A great new year!!

Excellent location, just opposite train station. Hotel looked like an historic building. Room was a bit tired, but clean and nicely kept. Staff was nice and welcoming.
