Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort.Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day.The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience.Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

Overall the hotel is nice. Big pros fur us was the 24/7 reception since we arrived late at night. The room was clean and warm. The only downside we found was that the TV doesn't have a lot of channels and the WiFi was not so good

We are here for four nights, this being our last. This hotel has been absolutely perfect for our needs. The staff could not have been more helpful, particularly the young lady on reception who has helped us out with directions and so many other things during our stay. Great service. Thanks so much Love Poland, love Wroclaw. A great new year!!

Loved staying in this hotel. It has an olde worldly feel. The breakfast was lovely. The people very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again. It is right over the road from the railway station so very handy. Also very easy to catch trams from outside the hotel.

Excellent location, just opposite train station. Hotel looked like an historic building. Room was a bit tired, but clean and nicely kept. Staff was nice and welcoming.

The AC wasn’t working in the rooms. I asked to be changed immediately upon checkin. When I got to the new room, there was air coming out of the AC dust but it wasn’t cold. That night, it was warm and impossible for me to sleep. I was sweating. Called reception and the gentleman was very nice who offered to change my room immediately or the next morning. I decided to do so the next morning. The next morning, I asked to be changed and the lady at reception told me the whole hotel AC isn’t working and they will fixed it within an hour. I later asked for a refund of my stay if the AC isn’t working. Spoke to Alina. She spoke to her Manager Ursula, who offered to change to another room. But not until they’ve checked to make sure the AC is working. Alina moved me to a lower floor room which had been refurbished. Lovely bathroom and it was a huge bonus. It was cooler but the AC only pumped out cool air (not cold) but I was happy with it as the nights were cool. In addition, Alina listened to me and my suggestions. She took them all on board and presented it to her Manager Ursula, who agreed to compensate me by providing free breakfast for the rest of my stay. I had to leave earlier on a Saturday morning to catch a train to Warsaw. Breakfast started at 8am, and that was too late for me. I asked if I could come in earlier to have a quite bite and coffee - they breakfast restaurant team was very accommodating. They allowed me to go 15 mins earlier. What a lovely gesture. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel is very central and of course the Service Recovery initiated by Alina and the restaurant team’s flexibility for me to arrive earlier, made the difference.

Excellent front desk customer service. Everyone is very professional. Quiet room. No street noise. Very reliable room service. 2 minute walk to the main train station. 4 minute walk to Wroclavia shopping center. 7 minute walk to Rynek.

Brilliant stay, excellent rooms. Clean and very old fashioned glam. Would recommend highly to anyone going to this city.
