About 30 minutes walk into Benidorm and only 7 euros back in a taxi. It could do with a kettle in the room but apart from that everyday ok

This is by far the best hotel in Bneidorm! Perfect location, friendly staff, great facilities! Days of my trip were spent around the e well looked after swimming pool, where waitress service provided us with refreshingly cold Amstel beers! We arrived in the afternoon, where we were met with cocktails, and shown to our dream log cabins! I would give cabin C-12, 12/10!!! Room was ambient and had everything we needed. Clean sheets, air conditioning the lot!! Hotel Europeo was perfectly located with essential amenities across the road within walking distance. Open 24 hours too!! Sergei who worked across the road was extremely accommodating in the early hours! Quiet nights every night, what more could you ask for?! I will definitely be staying here again on my return to Benidorm, I wish they did timeshares!!!

Right well first off this is a budget hotel- if you want luxury go somewhere else and pay for it.|Us however, wanted budget and we got it! For €14 a night I was absolutely dreading this.|Although it was clean, the beds were changed daily and our room was spacious! But we wernt in a cabin- they did look small. |I've been to many budget hotels before and this was one of the best really.|HOWEVER it wasnt perfect, and heres why-|Its quite a walk to the beach and centre of Benidorm (about 20/25 mins) which we didnt mind but you have to walk on the main road, so at night we'd get a taxi (cost about €6)|The drains stink when youve had the taps on (not very pleasent when your mates already suffering with morning sickness!)|The staff dont speak a word of english! |They dont serve food or drink! So cant believe people are saying they got drinks brought out around the pool! All I cant think is it must of been a long summer for the staff and now its september theyve given up on us!|The free continental breakfast consisted of a slice of toast which you could put jam or butter on, and you could have a coffee with or without milk... but that was it.||Dont want to sound like im moaning just want to warn you all. It didnt ruin our holiday, infact we just found it quite funny.|Would I stay again? I would if there wasnt anything closer availble, however the Parasio 10 apartments are much better and the same price. The Europeo is MUCH better than the Evamar though, which costs alot more!||Good luck! :D|

If you're thinking of staying at europeo, Dont!! We stayed here for 4 nights with another couple and arrived at the hotel around 1am after the transfer coach dropping us off at the top of an unlit dirt track and having to flag a taxi down to take us to the hotel! The reception was locked, there was a number to call, but it was a spanish number. Heard music coming from the other side of reception so went to have a look and the receptionist was having a bbq party with her spanish friends and made us wait 10 minutes to check in. Me and the hubby checked in no problem but our friends booking was nowhere to be found, the receptionist spoke no English whatsoever and after about an hour of arguing it was decided that they would stop in our room for the first night and we would ring love holidays in the morning. She then tried to charge us 30€ for them to stay on a single bed in out room(which had already been paid for)! Finally got it sorted the following morning and as they had originally booked to stay in a lodge and were given a studio she wanted to charge them the difference. There is a 24 hour sex club straight opposite the hotel( which definitely wasn't advertised anywhere) and all the hookers actually live in the apartments!! They all have a siesta mid afternoon and therefore the non english speaking receptionist told us off daily for making noise round the pool! We stayed for 4 days and the pool wasn't cleaned once! Studio rooms are a lot bigger and cooler than the lodges, cleaner came once while we were there but all she did was make the beds then throw all our clothes back on top! Paid for bed and breakfast, breakfast is 1 slice of toast and a hot drink, better off going in to benidorm for a fry up, around 3-5€ depending on where u go! Hubby got mugged on 2nd day by 4 spanish lads so dont go anywhere in benidorm on your own, this happened about 5 in the afternoon! The hotel is not as close to the centre as advertised, about a 15-20 minute walk to the centre or 6€ in a taxi, although not a lot of the taxi drivers even know where the hotel is! Crazy golf is obviously not in use anymore, covered in leaves and overgrown shrubs. The mattresses are left outside and the place is crawling with cats, got absolutely covered in flea bited. Having said this we had an awesome time in benidorm, just the awful hotel that let it down.

We arrived at 2.00 am. Nobody on reception. No signal on mobile so we couldn't ring number on door. We waited 1.5 hours until a passer by from adjacent sex club rang number for us. Receptionist was sleeping in her apartment and got up to book us in. No apologies for wait at all and she didn't appear to know that we were booked in!!!||Room was really basic, tired and dirty. ||We asked for key to safety deposit box. We were in room105. Receptionist couldn't find key to 105 so gave us key to 107. Of course it didn't work. Back to reception. No key. Receptionist shrugged shoulders and said "its okay......" We asked to change rooms and were told they were fully booked so not possible so she shouldn't be given out key to 107...||We went into Benidorm for day. On return asked for a kettle and cups that should have been provided. 30 minutes later we were presented with a mop and bucket?????????||It really wasn't funny at the time.||Back to reception and eventually kettle given , no cups but no surprise. My husband filled the kettle, plugged it in and was lucky he wasn't killed when sparks flew out from the lead. He dropped it quickly and fortunately suffered only a scare. ||Kettle returned and we were told no more kettles available.||The sun loungers around the pool were so old and decrepit they were unfit for use. Crazy Golf and in state of abandonment. Breakfast was dreadful. Staff were rude and unhelpful. The worst hotel I have any visited in my life. STAY AWAY. We were forced to pay out for another hotel for the following 7 days of our holiday.

Not going to give this any star rating, as the place is a total disgrace and should not be advertised as an hotel. Dirty and dilapidated can not think of one good thing to say about it. I did contact my travel agent as soon as i arrived but was told there was nothing they could do and to take pictures if i was going to complain, and believe me i have a lot of photos to show them, from filthy floors, broken furniture, broken toilet and a nose picking waiter serving us breakfast which we only went down for the first time today before we left so i could take a picture. I am not a person who would normally complain but this place needs to be exposed. Please please do not ho there.

This sham of a hotel! Luxury log cabin pfft! My garden shed is nicer! Absolute disgrace! Unsafe and filthy! So bad in fact me and my friend left in the middle of the night at 4am to find other accommodation! We felt unsafe as the door didn't lock and there was another door leading into the cabin via the shower room which only unlocked from the outside! Im appalled at how this hotel is still open and running! In my eyes it should be shut down and condemned! The place is an absolute joke!
