I have seen many cities in Spain and stayed in many different hotels, but this was one of the worst hotels I could have chosen. I always do a lot of research and check comments from different places, but now I can understand that you can't count on comments too much.
The bathroom and toilet are old and there is always a bad smell in the bathroom, the curtains in the rooms have burns and holes and are dirty. The elevator is not enough and one day out of two elevators, only one of them worked. For a 10-story building with so many passengers, it is ridiculous. No matter how much I say about the poor quality of the breakfast, I will say nothing. All 5 mornings that I ate breakfast, either I myself or someone else had to remind the staff to refill the bacon or egg dishes or something else. The orange juice is written as fresh but it is not fresh.
The restaurant staff was really bad, very rude and surly. The breakfast plates were small palte and not food plates. Just a section for cutting and toasting bread. The tea bags were extremely tasteless and not from reputable brands. There were no fried sausages or fried eggs, even the boiled eggs were in the cold section and not kept warm. The food in the hot section was also very cold. Coffe machine doesn't work og should be waiting long time.I really do not recommend this place.#This hotel is not 4-star standard at all. Maybe 2-star.
