Hotel Eurostars Lucentum

The hotel was on a good location, in the city center, chosen by organizers. My room was big, with a comfortable bed, a safe box but unfortunately not even with a kettle which should be a must for a 4-star hotel. The accompanying bathroom had full bath and bathroom toiletries. They serve a full breakfast which was really good with lots options, hot and cold dishes, local and international food. Regrettably my check-in (and of my colleagues') was incredibly slow, not because of apprentice (she needs to learn) but because no one of other stuff stayed to helped her. Luckily there was fast online check out. In addition, the elevators, just two of them, were very slow.

I went to the roof top bar and was very well served with my family. Esther was very helpful and attentive. She suggested great cocktails and made a huge efforts for us to be comfortable. Would go back again!

3 - night stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the main area minutes anyway, from bars and restaurants. The room was a bit small but done the job. Sauna area nice and clean. We found it odd that they did not have a bar open always closed. All staff are very nice and polite, especially the ladies who clean the rooms.

Room is clean but stuffy and airless . Here in December, cool outside! The noise from outside was awful all night( Tuesday not a weekend) no sleep. Headed for a shower:-( No shower, a small shower head and hose over the bath , water not thermostatically controlled so I was either scalded or froze. Reception staff friendly. Parking underneath but would have been helpful if the name of car park was on list of amenities, avoid driving round and round. Won’t be back.

A large hotel with a very good location. the staff was friendly. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests. The food was delicious and overall I'm happy with my stay.

Great location, but way overpriced. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, reminiscent of cheap perfume. Initially, I thought it was just my room, but it turns out they spray every room with what seems like an overwhelming amount of a harsh air freshener. When I asked to move to another room, they told me they couldn’t guarantee that the new room would be any better. Will not return to this location but perhaps the chain.

Location is goed. In the weekend it is very noisy! The hotel areas were very hot( lobby, elevator, rooms). And it was expensive!
