Standard anonymous room with tiny towels no usb charging points no coffee maker just a kettle and only cold water for morning shower. No convenient parking - more of a 3 star tourist hotel.

The hotel was probably a mid-range hotel when built, but it is now a tired and shabby place. The rooms are worn, bathrooms and electrics need updating, road noise is intrusive and the staff is not multi-lingual. The included breakfast buffet was fine. Glad to be moving on.

Location is excellent, close to the train station and very close to the tram system. The market is right across the street and the beach is 5-10 minutes away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was in need of a refresh, with several imperfections, and the elevator is frightening, making scraping noises as it goes up and down. The heating/air conditioning didn't really seem to kick in, but it was ok because the temperature outside was mild. There is a window that opened to the exterior to let a bit of fresh air in.

We choose the Hotel to be closed to the old city, what we were. The room was terrible! see picture for the view you get by paying for a “ double superior room”! Don’t waste your money. We moved to the “ Melia” that is next door. The Hotel did not inform us of the party that went on untill 2 am in the morning. The reception was extremely impolite and just told us “ we apologise “. Apologise for treating guests with the outmost disrespect!? They were supposed to inform us in advance and give us the choice of choosing another hotel. What we did.

Exellent location. Airport bus stops on the other side of the road. Lifts are scary. They make funny scraping noices. At some floors they are marked with max eight persons, in other plases 10. we saw the lift stop between floors, and customers was asked to jump out of it. We lived high up, so we needed to use the lift. I was allways very happy when we reached our floor.
