This was hands down the best hotel of our 2 week long stay in Switzerland! The location is mind blowing and the view from the room overlooking Lake Geneva and the mountains is just fantastic. Rooms are quite big, with a nice table, desk, two chairs, cupboard, with space to keep bags too. Bathroom is small but well designed. The staff is also very helpful with a smile on their face. There is no AC nor a fan in the room, but because it’s lake facing, it was quite cool in the night. The railway station access is literally a stone’s throw, but through stairs up and down. There’s an elevator too but at a little distance away. The directions to use the elevator if required are very well explained on their website. The pier for the boat rides is also just a 2 mins walk away. One can just relax on their Sun deck or go down to the lake side and sit for hours! The buffet breakfast spread is also good. They have warm selection of food for vegetarians too which was rare to find in any of the Swiss hotels we stayed in during our stay! Fresh fruits, juice, choice of breads was also delicious.

Had a wonderful time staying here recently. Nice large and spacious room with great view of the lake from both the windows and the balcony. Close to the centre of town and within walking distance of the main train station. Local bus stop close by as well. Great selection at breakfast and can be enjoyed from the outside terrace overlooking the lake, which was lovely. Nice to use the hotel hot tub and sauna after a busy day exploring. Loved the sweets and the popcorn machine! :D Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our 3 day stay- the views, service and location was great- There were free bottles of water, drinks and snacks in the room, plus a bottle of Prosecco and welcome treat on arrival! They offer a lot of nice amenities, Free bikes, boat rentals, etc. It seems like it was once a 5 star hotel, but it's older now and more of a 3 Star- but all of the extra's and the service made up for that. The only issue we had was that the AC unit did not keep rooms cool at night as we visited during heat wave.

Our stay was fantastic. It was our first hotel on a family trip. The staff was super nice and happy to converse in English for those of us not fluent in French. Rafael and the other guy at the boat rental were so fun. We used paddle boards for free and had a blast. Buffet breakfast was amazing. We paid to include it with the room which I was glad we did. Music, drinks, and food on patio then hot tub looking at Lake Geneva. Come on!! It was awesome. Family loved it.

The service is excellent, all staffs are very friendly and helpful to the guests, the location is good, close to the lake and station. We had a room with lake view, it’s amazing. The city is so beautiful, highly recommend to spend a few days here!

This is a good hotel with the chance to be great if they cater to the details. We had a panoramic room and, as advertised, you have a 180 degree view of the lake. It's spectacular from that standpoint. The bathroom is tiny, but it's possible to work around that. Just pay attention to the view from the WC and you'll get over your claustrophobia! Where they fall down is with things like check in. With online preregistration, there's no excuse for a 20-minute check in. And while it's nice that they offer free coffee, popcorn, and candy in the lobby, those things were empty so often that it was just frustrating. The location is great within easy walk of the train station and right on the promenade. They just need to clean up some of the details.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are lovely and there are so many excellent free facilities: bicycles to enjoy the water front, SUPs, jacuzzi, free coffee machines and snacks in room and lobby. Would definitely stay again.

This is a nice hotel and well located in the city of Montreux on the water front. I especially recommend booking the Panoramic room (one per floor) which gives stunning views of the lake with the Swiss ALPS as a back drop. The staff have been super helpful and made us feel right at home. Some other benefits include free coffee machine down in the lobby and business amenities. The only thing I note is like all places in Switzerland dogs are allowed in the public areas including the rooms. When I enquired about my concerns about room cleanliness after pets have stayed in the room I did not get a good answer. It appears with this hotel only the normal cleaning is done. Most other countries ban dogs in hotels because of the following "Unattended pets can do a lot of damage, from peeing on carpets to chewing up furnishings. Pet hair is hard to clean up, and hotels don't have the time to deep clean every room. Many guests have allergies, and hotels prefer to accommodate them rather than turn away guests because of pet hair allergies". In Switzerland dogs are supposed to be kept on leashes in Public areas but this rule does not seem to been enforced in this hotel. For example today two large dogs allowed to move around in the public lounge area not on leash and in one instance I could not even pass with one large dog blocking the passage. This is why I could not give any higher rating.
