I really loved staying here. People are really sweet. Rooms are okay. This place is an emotion. We really loved staying here. Food is awesome. I would love staying here again.

The location and the service are the two best points of the property. Loved the breakfast and the tea. My compliments to Mr. Puran Singh for all the support provided. The room on the ground floor oversees the lake. You can step out to the mall road or sit on the balcony and enjoy the hum drum of the mall road.

Disappointing Experience – Wouldn't Recommend We booked this property based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. Many of the negative reviews turned out to be accurate. At the time of booking, we were not informed that the geyser wasn’t working. We also weren’t provided with any toiletries, and were told that breakfast is not included — which is surprising given the price we paid (₹3,000). Basic amenities that are standard even in lower-priced hotels were missing here. Definitely not worth the cost or the hassle. Would not recommend.

Not clean room , geyser not working, smelly and dumbed smell in all area of room, tab is also not working, overpriced Breakfast k liye chai order ki jis kettle mai aai usme se smell aa rahi thi

Except prime location on mall road in nainital where you can have nice front views of nainital lake at walking distance..all other things are not worth it. Room service : Exceptionally poor, never order food here..they will take hours just for dal roti.even restauant person behaviour was not good. Room facilities : Simply third class & unhygenic..malfunctioning water taps, non functional geysers, dirty toilets , dirty bedsheets etc , no soaps, no water bottles...rooms are ok in size though. Cost : here they charge a hefty price contrary to the poor facilities provided. Checkout time is 10 am..no online booking just offline & on site..rooms are generally available. Except close proximity to mall road, nothing worth it , instead try other hotels on mall road and there are plenty.

Location is good but the rooms are worst ever I have seen. Very bad experience even after paying very high charges for Lake facing rooms. Room interior is very old and not maintained properly. Rooms looks like warehouse literally. Would not suggest any one to stay here. We have been told by manager that the rooms are ready to check-in but once we enter the Room, there were lots of dust deposited on the floor and furniture. In nutsel, it is not a hotel but kabadi khana.

Hotel location is amazing but room and washroom is so dirty there are many big different mosquito everywhere room's corner so dusty. There are spider webs everywhere, There is not much rush in this hotel because it is very dirty. I told someone that there are so many mosquitoes in it, you should spray it, I told someone he said that these mosquitoes will not bite. I could not sleep full night due to big mosquito around us🦟.

Overall a decent place on the expensive strip. The view from the top floor was great. Newly painted rooms, decently clean, but no hot water. One thing I didn’t like: when we checked out, and they were several people asking for baksheesh even though they had done nothing to help us during our stay. It was a little weird.
