Hotel "Evropa"

The location is great and the hotel is clean, but a few things could be improved. The gym was not working during my stay, and breakfast had to be paid for separately, even though it was supposed to be included. Overall, it’s a bit expensive for the type of room offered.

The hotel is undergoing renovations, so you actually enter the hotel through the doorway where one would ordinarily go to the restaurant. Rooms are clean and modern (as mentioned, hotel being renovated). Area around the hotel: like many parts of Bishkek, "sidewalks" are a bit rough around the edges, because the city is in the process of tearing them up and replacing them. Area around hotel has plenty of dining and shopping options.Friendly, helpful staff.

I would rate this hotel as one of the best & affordable hotels in Bishkek. The front office staff speaks good english so that it is easy to communicate. And the best staff award should go to “Ms.Rahat”, a wonderful soul/indeed a lady. She helped us with many queries. She was caring about her hotel guests & was also proactive. Overall, all the hotel staff were welcoming & customer service oriented. Hotel rooms were spacious, clean & modern. Beddings & towels were clean and new. On site restaurant was a cool place to unwind. One can arrange airport transfer with the hotel for a very good rate. Chat with them on whatsup for this. Simply, very nice, safe hotel with friendly staff, especially for colored/asian travellers!

Location is excellent. You can walk anywhere, everything worth seeing is walkable. Rooms are clean, bathroom is big, complementary coffee and tea is provided every day. Staff is professional, speaks English very well and arranged many of our trips too.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are new decorated and spacious. The staff is very helpful and speaks English and Turkish. The restaurant where breakfast is served is beautiful decorated and breakfast is intercontinental and Kırgız and omelettes are made upon request for free. I would choose Evropa Hotel again and again.
