Great price for 2 beds for 2 people. They also provide parking space.

Location was very random 🤣 but the service was ok there was somebody that just gave us a key and didn't guide us to the room and the room there was alot of bugs but overall not bad

The best I can say for the place is that it's quite secure. The room was reasonably clean. Beds were hard. There was no hot water in the shower. I asked for a taxi at 5:30. I was asked, At 5:00? No 5:30. The taxi showed up at 5:00 anyway. Price for one for a night was Q200. For what I needed - a bed for the night before leaving the country the next morning - I'd gladly pay a bit more for a more reliable place.

Nice room. Fan worked great. Room very clean. The owner is very helpful. Location is great. For sure will return. The only drawback was the barking of dogs at night. Otherwise a great place to stay. It even has a small restaurant that you can enjoy lunch or dinner.

We stayed 1 night here before returning to USA. We loved it. It was clean and comfortable. Room had tv with cable , wifi, fans, hot shower.We felt safe and although the hotel is on a busy street we heard very little noise at night. The inside area of hotel had a garden like atmosphere. There is a small cafe on premises which althought the selection of menu was small, the food and service was great. Would come here to stay more days!

Hotel Excel is nothing fancy, but it's clean, safe, and conveniently located in Zona 1. I contacted the hotel to ask about a very early check-in (we arrived in Guate on the overnight bus) and they were most accommodating. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast for Q30 in the hotel cafe. This hotel is a great option if you need a room for a night or two when transiting through Guatemala City.

Location just 3 Blocks from 6th Avenue in mid of all Churches and historic Buildings Quiet, Comfortable, very safe Sector, many cheap minimarkets and all fast food Chains within 5 mins walking||||Shower could a little bit hotter and and Internet faster, but it was Okay

Very inexpensive, clean, quiet and secure. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is located very close to a variety of restaurants and museums.
