Very solid choice for anyone. Friendly, multilingual staff, good breakfast (everything there, choice of rolls could be wider, but the coffee is amazingly strong). Flexible payment methods. Where it really shines is the style. Rooms are very spacious, extremely tastefully decorated, beautiful and generous bathrooms. Furniture is top notch, and of course everything is clean. Air conditioning is available for a modest premium. Only downside is the heavy tram traffic which can be heard with open windows, but closed it's silent. Overall, they are great. Clear recommendation.

This hotel is not in the city centre, but it is in a very convenient location; it is near an s-Bahn (subway) station. From the s-Bahn station it is not to long until you arrive at the city centre.||The staff are very friendly and speak basic English. The breakfast provided is good European style. We understood this is a hotel for local Czech, Somalian and Polish people to Prague, hence the European style and prices.||The excellent family suites are spacious ( separate bedrooms) and ours accomodated 5 people. The rooms are well appointed with all needed facilities (TV in both rooms, couch, armchair, good bathroom etc). WiFi was free and reliable. The entire establishment was extremely clean.||There are a number of pub-style restaurants very close by where we ate well. The hotel has a small garden.||I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are interested in an affordable but not over the top stay in Prague.

Spent 4 nights here. The tram stops just outside the front door. About 30 min to downtown. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was very good , nice selection. A couple of local restaurants in the neighborhood but it is mostly residential. Cost is very reasonable for Prague.

We were here for the first time several years ago and were fascinated. The next time we arrived in Prague, there was no question about the hotel - it was clear that we were going to Excellent.||Amazingly attentive staff, especially the receptionist Zdenka. They all do much more than what they are required to do.||Comfortable rooms in which every little thing is thought out, wonderful breakfast, amazing garden.||Very convenient communication to the city center.||Good parking just there.

Nice place to stay. Just outside the city centre. Tram stop is right next to the hotel. Grocery shops also a street away.

Old-style hotel, but very cosy and homey. Room No 3 with one double bed and one single bed with comfortable mattress and big pillows. In the room there was conditioner, refrigerator with drinks (for extra fee), TV and sofa. Small, but well equipped bathroom with full set of towels.||Room was cleaned every day. ||Room's windows are on the street side. ||!On the reception are available city transport tickets! Special thanks for this!||Hotel is located 10 minutes' walk from the underground. Nearby is tram and bus stops.||Parking is available on site for extra fee. ||Hotel has its own yards: one for parking, second with small garden and pond with fish.||Breakfast was sufficient: yogurts, toasts, sausages, flakes, vegetables and fruits.||Russian/English speaking Staff was very helpful and supportive.

Nice, small hotel in the northern side of Prague. It is not close to the city center and it is in an area of Prague not really nice or touristic but it has the great benefit of the tram line nr. 17 passing just out of the door and reaching the city center (Charles Bridge, the heart of Prague) in 15-20 minutes. The nearest subway stop is at 5 min. walking or two tram stops away. This is extremely convenient. The hotel is small and the staff kind. Good breakfast although with not so much choice, rooms are nice and clean, those on the side of the road Klapkova are a bit noisy due to the tram going to and fro. The WiFi connection is very good, there's the possibility of an internal parking. It's a very good option to visit Prague.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the luxury room. It was amazing. It has a small kitchen where you can cook if you want to, a small fridge and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates and coutlery. The bed was also good, although there are no english channels. The room is spacious equipped with safety box and many cabinets for clothes. There are two armschairs with a lovely electric fireplace. The bathroom was amazing. The luxury room has its own sauna and jacuzzi what nobody else could use besides us. The bathroom also has a shower and hair dryer. The breakfast was included in the price and the parking place was inside the hotel so it was secured. The area of the hotel is lovely and quiet. It is far from the city centre but easy to get there by public transport. There are small shops near the hotel :)||||I did not like the fact that the luxury room is in the basement and there is no floor heating or slippers. We forgot to take it and the floor was really cold everywhere, especially in the bathroom. The brekfast was okay but far from good. It is included in the price so we chose not to eat there. The hotel is far from the city centre appr. 10 km, although the tram and the metro stops are close so it was fine. Still it was hard to find a pub , bar or restaurant so take it into consideration when you count on eating out near the hotel
