Great location just outside the city walls. Friendly team at check in although it took a while to get the passport details in (really they need to do this in advance!). Room had a bath (which can be great on Camino). Lots of space in the room, huge sideboard for sorting bags, very comfortable beds. Toiletries provided. Tiny lift. Breakfast was really good so was glad to opted to have it there. We were well fed before we set out on a long day.

For the price quality ratio, an excellent choice! The reception desk service was helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was fine for the price of 10 euros! The breakfast lady was kind and helpful.

We were there April 11 thru 18. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and very helpful. For us the location was perfect. Only issue is no parking available. There is a Parking Garage nearby which could be used.

Hotels are hotels, right? But, this is bright, clean, and pleasant, and more than comfortable for the price and expectations. And, the staff is kind. And, that's quite an achievement these days.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! Far exceeded our expectations. -The staff was so friendly and cheerful! They thought of so many details for travelers and were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and shopping - The location was perfect it was close to the gate to get into the walled city but also close to both the bus stop and the train - very quiet, clean, comfortable in a good neighborhood with lots of bakery’s and restaurants near by

The hotel is super close to the Lugo bus station (about a minute). About 5 minutes walk to the old town. There are bakeries, restaurants, and convenient stores, self-service laundry room, etc nearby. The room is very clean, bright, and modern. Even comes with a water kettle. The price is very reasonable and the hotel staff is very helpful and polite. This is a 5 star experience. Highly recommended!

Stayed one night as part of the Camino. The hotel is just outside the old city walls, and you can easily walk to the old town. The hotel is quite new and has nice, clean rooms - though not very large. The staff is friendly and helpful, and all speak some English. The buffet breakfast was great, lots of choices and freshly brewed coffee. Also good non gluten options.

Beautiful hotel. Room was gorgeous, well equipped, super clean, huge and comfortable. Staff is really lovely, we had wonderful communication with them both prior to coming online, and in person.
