I had an excellent experience when I stayed at this hotel. It is located close to the bus station and the city centre. My room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The reception staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful. Andrea, in particular, was outstanding! I will return.

I must have been lucky as I met the nicest receptionist called Andrea at the modern Exe Puerto de San Pedro hotel. Not all are as friendly.|It is truly convenient for all the tourist places and Plazas. I was on the 8th floor which was my choice as I wanted a quieter room as the hotel is on a busy road. I was shown the room which was an attic room but surprisingly spacious with two single beds and a nice bathroom with a shower. The narrow velux window in the bedroom showed the top of the houses and mountains and was nice and quiet. |There’s no restaurant on site but plenty in the nearby plaza and I found a place on my walk called Breoghan which if you buy any drink gives you a choice of two tapas! The tapas were delicious and despite being a cramped room was worth it and there’s also space outside.|It’s not a long walks to do the whole of the Roman wall that encircles Lugo though I didn’t attempt it.|Breakfast in the morning was excellent and there was something for eery taste. Health food, cakes & pastries, meats, cheese, fruit & yogurt. Coffee was not great and there’s only Earl Grey tea but I always take tea with me.|A lovely stay and a perfect location and a shout-out to Andrea whose smile lights up the room.

Great location just outside the city walls. Friendly team at check in although it took a while to get the passport details in (really they need to do this in advance!). Room had a bath (which can be great on Camino). Lots of space in the room, huge sideboard for sorting bags, very comfortable beds. Toiletries provided. Tiny lift. Breakfast was really good so was glad to opted to have it there. We were well fed before we set out on a long day.

For the price quality ratio, an excellent choice! The reception desk service was helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was fine for the price of 10 euros! The breakfast lady was kind and helpful.

We were there April 11 thru 18. The staff was outstanding. They were friendly and very helpful. For us the location was perfect. Only issue is no parking available. There is a Parking Garage nearby which could be used.

Nice hotel. Good enough for a good rest and for a nice breakfast. I recommend.

Hotels are hotels, right? But, this is bright, clean, and pleasant, and more than comfortable for the price and expectations. And, the staff is kind. And, that's quite an achievement these days.

The hotel is super close to the Lugo bus station (about a minute). About 5 minutes walk to the old town. There are bakeries, restaurants, and convenient stores, self-service laundry room, etc nearby. The room is very clean, bright, and modern. Even comes with a water kettle. The price is very reasonable and the hotel staff is very helpful and polite. This is a 5 star experience. Highly recommended!
