Хотел "Езерото"

Never stay in this Hotel. The rooms are a disaster, not cleaned up and the toilet smells like hell. Also there is a restaurant downstairs and it plays loud music till late evening, so no chance to fall asleep early :). The price is like in another hotels, so do a turn and find another one nearby. PS: The room that was provided, corresponds to the photos! Please treat correspndingly your customers if you want to have them.

Nice hotel with clean rooms for a great value. I stayed there several times. The location is great because it is situated within the heart center ciy. There is it free parking in front of the hotel. The restaurant has traditional bulgarian food, live music and great service.

Old furniture, but clean and comfortable rooms. The location is very good and the neibourhood is nice. The staff was nice and helpful. The parking is quite difficult, because there are not enough spaces around the hotel. Also, the music from the restaurant can be quite loud.

The location is really nice and the lady on reception with the pink hair was lovely, but overall the stay was disappointing and I certainly couldn't recommend this place. We were supposed to have either a lake view or park view and a balcony, but got none. The decor was ok but quite tacky and dated while the lift was actually scary. The restaurant downstairs is awful. After checking out we found that our car had been clamped right outside the hotel. The only sign stating you couldn't park on one side of the road between certain hours was 50m away and barely visible. When we went back to the reception to ask for help there was none. We actually had no idea what to do or who to speak with. The lady who just checked us out didn't want anything to do with us and we walked out feeling sad.

We have stayed at the Hotel Ezeroto with my husband on a business trip. We found it well located very near to the town center. The restaurant is good too. The rooms were warm and clean , the staff were polite too! Not the last to mention the price was good too so value wise is very goo!||I will gladly recommend the hotel to any one visiting Stara Zagora.

I spent just a night here, but was pleased i chose this hotel.||Its in a good central location just 10 minutes walk from the train station.||It overlooks a lake and has a very good local restaurant.||||The room was clean and spacious and the bed comfortable. The receptionists spoke English and were friendly.||||I had no complaints and would stay here again if i return to Stara Zagora.

Highly recommend this hotel! High quality at a fair price, friendly staff, cozy rooms and superb location. There is a park nearby, very good restaurant in the hotel and a parking.||You don't need another place to stay at to explore Stara Zagora.||||Thanks

I was on a business trip during the weekend. First of all, as usual as I have stayed several times before, the room was smelling like someone smoked inside. Bed was not the most comfortable, but I knew the above from my previous stays and I was not surprised. However, at ground level there is a tavern which had live music. I didn’t mind until around 10 PM but since it was work trip and needed to wake up early, I wanted to go to bed a bit earlier. I called reception and they told me that they have a contract and the loud music will be on at least until 11:30 PM. UNACCEPTABLE. The staff told me that they know about the issue but can’t do anything as it is the manager’s decision to have the contract with the tavern. Would not recommend the hotel for business related trips or for people who go to bed early!
