"Opened in 2017 as the first Fairmont property in Turkey, this 209-room hotel is inside a 41-story luxury high-rise in the Mecidiyeköy business district, close to high-end shopping and dining. Wow! Where to start when reviewing this wonderful hotel. From the moment we arrived we received the most attentive, professional and efficient service I think we have ever experienced. The staff without exception are all truly professional, polite and helpful- nothing is too much trouble.|We were fortunate to stay in a two bedroom suite which was both spacious and elegant - and we had access to the Gold Lounge which really was the cherry on top. Murat and Seven who are the most amazing butlers in the Gold Lounge really made our stay extra special. They are so professional and helpful- always ready with good suggestions and advice.Always happy to chat and talk about our day- we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them both. | I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again- in fact we are already looking at a return trip. |Location is good too away from all the intense hustle and bustle of Istanbul and the infinity pool area is really lovely- in fact the whole hotel is immaculate and beautifully decorated. We are definitely fans!

We had a truly lovely stay at this beautiful hotel. The rooms were modern, elegant, and very comfortable. What made the experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member we interacted with was incredibly friendly, considerate, and genuinely eager to help.|Coming from a family that doesn’t speak any Türkçe, we were especially impressed by how patient and accommodating the staff were. They took the time to understand our requests and communicate clearly, which made us feel very welcome.|A final special mention from me goes to Muhittin from evening room service. Even though my room was already spotless, his kindness, warmth, and attention to detail really stood out. It was a small interaction, but one that left a lasting impression. It truly reflects the exceptional care and dedication the whole staff and hotel have shown throughout our stay.

Everything about our stay was amazing, and concierge was amazing in their accommodations and communication before we even stepped foot on the property. Irem Mutlu went above and beyond in ensuring we had a smooth stay, answering all of our questions, and even arranging for us to have hot tea on arrival (delicious). As soon as our car arrived, we were greeted warmly by staff who briskly escorted us to check-in while our luggage was unloaded. Everyone was kind and smiling, and that was the tone throughout our stay. We loved Seven from the Gold lounge concierge, and we enjoyed Erem and his thoughtful accommodations during breakfast at the Station restaurant. We were very sad to leave, and want to return ASAP for a longer stay.

The Hotel is very nice. It’s modern and clean. The breakfast was one of the best Hotel breakfasts I ever had. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The beds are my new favorite Hotel beds with the Four Seasons bed. Really good. Only the location is a bit annoying. We wanted to have dinner in the evening and couldn’t get a taxi at uber even though we tried it for 50minutes. The pool is also very good with amazing views.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. The breakfast buffet was perfect with a great selection of delicious and fresh food. All the team are wonderful but a special thanks to Ramazan for his attentive care at breakfast and Iram for her assistance on the front desk. The beds were outstanding, so comfortable and dreamy.

The Hotel has such a beautiful view and is very clean. The staff is just wonderful and Courteous. Especially the staff in the Gold Lounge was very attentive and made sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The Food was good and the breakfast Selection was excellent and divers. I would recommend a stay at the Fairmont to everyone who wants comfort that is centrally located!
