"Opened in 2017 as the first Fairmont property in Turkey, this 209-room hotel is inside a 41-story luxury high-rise in the Mecidiyeköy business district, close to high-end shopping and dining. I just want to say that the hospitality at this hotel is excellent. The staff here are so warm and welcoming. They are extremely helpful when it comes to anything. Their breakfast is delicious and would keep me filled for the whole day. The service from Baran, Simeyye, and Ezgi was so welcoming and inviting. I would look forward to seeing them at breakfast because they always made sure I had the best breakfast. No doubt book your stay at this hotel the staff is great and the hotel is beautiful. Thank you for the great service Fairmont!

This is a property that gives you an excellent experience. From the initial check in experience to the last check out experience, all went wonderfully well. Stayed for 4 nights. The breakfast was very well spread & diversified menu. Personalised service to each Customer at Breakfast. There were evening happy hours at Bar, but did not make use of. The Lounge package for a day was well designed which is a giid place to unwind and have a buffet dinner, with drinks, but could not be on time to use it, it stops at 8 pm, which is a big negative. 8 pm is too early to close. The property is well designed, spacious and decor is very impressive. The Staff is super friendly, courteous and supportive. The Concierge Staff was full of information and extended a great help. All of the were able to converse in English, which is a big plus in a place like Istanbul. The place is much expensive than other 5 Stars in the town, but worth the money after you have experienced the stay.

Our stay at the Fairmont Istanbul was a dream come true! From the check-in to check-out we were taken care of by the wonderful Gold Lounge Team, Seven, Irim, Tekin and Onur where always available and took good care of us during our entire stay. The view from the Hotel's Gold Lounge of Istanbul is breathtaking. The bed's and Pillows were very comfortable and our room was spacious. Housekeeping were very attentive and would always check whether anything was needed. We also used the SPA and swimming pools available, both indoor and outdoor pool were a nice addition to our stay. A taxi to the city center would cost approximately 8 euros, we used Uber for our trips. The taxi to the IST airport took 40 minutes.

I dont really write reviews, but if you are planning on visiting Istanbul, this is the place to be! Me and my family are American and we felt a great sense of communication compared to other times we stayed in Istanbul. The food was good and amenities were also good. But Muhittin was so kind and accommodating. He made sure me and my family was taken care of and went out of his way to bring my family extra tissues, water, and coffee. He was so kind, outgoing, and hospitable.

Firstly I would like to thank the greatest man ever in this establishment, which is Salim the receptionist at the hotel. Me and my wife came on our honeymoon he checked us earlier than expected which helped us because we were exhausted from our flight. Also he helped me to have a surprise for my wife. The stay is amazing the view is beyond beautiful we had the skyline view. Overall this is the best hotel in istanbul. The breakfast is very good. The only thing that will help is to have more protein options in the breakfast, have a different dishes because we stayed for 6 nights. Safety is a high priority entrance is gated with high security car entrance, hotel entrance.

Had an incredible stay here at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul. The hotel is in a strategic location, in close proximity to public transport and good restaurants. The staff were really nice and helpful from the very second I arrived at the hotel until I left for the airport. Was here for a few hours until I catch another flight, so I didnt manage to try other facilities. However, from the room itself, everything was perfect! What a wonderful stay!

A standard 5-star hotel has a very fast breakfast - no freshly squeezed juice, no normal cheeses (you won't even find ordinary gouda there). The pool has a beautiful view but is absolutely icy. but there's no one there at all because of that. The room is good, the mattress is good. everything is as it should be, but the staff, as often happens, does not understand where they work - for example, I had two hair conditioners and body gel in the room, but there was no shampoo. But it doesn't matter to them that they have 3 bottles, so everything is OK. The tea I drank was the only black tea bag at the beginning, and no one else added it. Water is included in 1 bottle from a purifier in which a 100% filter has not been changed for a very long time
