We stayed at this hotel for a few days in February and had a great experience overall. The stay included a free breakfast, which was a standard buffet with average-quality food. The standout, however, was the oranges, which I believe are local to the region—they were incredible and definitely worth trying, whether here or elsewhere in the area. Our room overlooked one of the main streets, with a view of local orange trees, which was a really nice touch. While the rooms felt slightly worn, they had all the basic amenities we needed. Our room was also conveniently located near the gym and sauna area, making it easy to access. The hotel offers both a dry and steam sauna, both free to use and a great way to relax during the trip. We also used the gym quite a bit. It had a few cardio machines, a workout bench, and a cable machine, but limited dumbbells (ranging only from 1 to 5 kg). There was also a small mini barbell with a few light plates, though nothing for bench pressing or more advanced lifts. That said, the cable machine provided versatility for a good workout. The restaurant is located on the top floor and features a balcony area with beautiful city views. There’s also a pool in this space, which would be great to use in warmer months. Since it was February, it was a bit too cool for swimming, but I imagine it would be a fantastic spot in the spring, summer, or fall.

The hotel has a great location, conveniently located across the marina where many boat tours depart from. We went on a group day trip and the pick up location for that happened to be around the corner from the hotel as well, which was great! Our room was spacious with great views, and the rooftop and breakfast buffet were awesome. It was so good to have access to the spa facilities without having to pay anything extra and we were glad to be provided with nicely packaged takeaway breakfast on our last day since we were checking out before breakfast time.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a stunning view and a perfect rooftop to enjoy drinks or breakfast. My husband and I stayed in the Superior Premium room. From what I gathered, they only have twin beds rather than double beds, meaning the beds are pushed together, which is a downside. I dislike the gap left between the beds, as it makes sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed a strange plumbing noise in our room, likely from the room above. The noise was quite loud when someone took a shower or flushed the toilet, and it even woke up my husband a few times, though we eventually got used to it. The bathroom is stylish, comfortable, and accessible, with an amazing shower. Housekeeping does a great job, keeping everything clean and replenishing the bathroom amenities (which are from Rituals – a brand I love!). The gym is small but has all the essentials, with modern and well-functioning equipment. The front desk staff is very attentive and helpful, always willing to assist with anything you need, and the restaurant staff is just as friendly. Breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of foods to suit different tastes. However, they don’t label items with gluten or dairy, which made it challenging for me to identify safe options due to my intolerance. The prices in the hotel are ok (very similar to Ireland). Overall, the hotel is cozy, clean, and calm – a lovely place to stay!

Stayed for 4 days the start of December. ||Weather was over cast but on average around 19/20 degrees.||The hotels pool is heated however the smell of chlorine was very strong and because of the breeze it was a little chilling so we only used the facilities once. ||The Spa and Gym was lovely very Clean and the Staff where very helpful when the towels needed replacing. I would say the main thing the spa was missing was a facility for Water which I think it really needs and the gym area was quite warm. ||We stayed on the 1st floor which was great as we were right next to the spa so we used it multiple times a day. ||The room was very clean and modern. the only downside was that the room was a twin room with an extra bed added but the extra bed didn't give very much room to get to the wardrobe as the only space in the room for the extra bed was the space right by the window. ||All staff were friendly, Polite and helpful. ||The best part of the hotel was definitely the roof terrace its gave an view of the whole Marina, which was perfect to sit and relax. ||The area was great walking distance from a lot of things but it was also great to just have a stroll in the evening around the area.||The area felt safe at all times of the day except there was a lot of beggar's around during the day by the shops.||We will definitely visit again.

The hotel has a great location. The hotel's small shortcomings are nicely compensated by the extremely kind and helpful staff. These are the moments when you can forgive anything, because success is made up of people. Therefore, we rate our stay at the hotel as excellent. Thank you.

Superb location and beautiful view from the rooftop bar and restaurant. We stayed over New Year's Eve, and there was a DJ set and a big concert for two nights, which made it very loud in the room. However, that's not something the hotel could do anything about, so at least it was fun to celebrate the New Year. The room was okay, but housekeeping services were rather slow. Overall I can recommend this hotel, watching sunsets at the bar was the highlight of our trip in Faro.

Spent 5 days here in June with our toddler. Great hotel and fantastic location. Breakfast was always a treat and so were all the food places in the surrounding streets. The pool is small as its a rooftop but our toddler loved it and the views were great. Room was bright, clean and modern. All the staff were so kind and helpful. We would happily go back there.

This is one of the best hotel in Faro. Breakfast view is amazing - facing the marina. Staff and drivers (Isabela, Bernardo and Fernando) were SUPER FRIENDLY, informative and nice. We arrived in the morning with no plans and Isabela helped with our checkin process and recommended us to the boat tour to see the national reserve. One of our highlight of this faro trip! Fernando (Driver) send us to the beach club and we caught the best sunset view! Very nice and friendly driver too. Overall amazing experience, luxury hotel feel. Highly recommended and will come back again.

Yelp
The views from the rooftop deck are the best in Faro. You can see the entire marina and watch planes land at the nearby airport. The service was great, the menu is extensive and the wine is exclusive. It's a tad bit expensive for the area but worth visiting for a drink.
