Amazing value for money, less than 10 minute walk from anything you need. Clean rooms. Very retro. Staff cant speak English. Very happy

Check in was easy and smooth. It’s an old building and budget hotel which is clear once you enter the room. It has no heating, air-conditioning or fan available in the room. There’s no telephone to contact the front desk either. This can be problematic when the person in the room across from you starts shouting with someone on his cellphone at 23:30 and does not stop for an hour. I reverted to using ear-plugs but it still wasn’t ideal. I didn’t feel very safe and as a result was reluctant to report the disturbance.

| Great place for travelling in Oviedo and local towns. Weather was generally hot and sunny, |Liked Location was fantastic with proximity to the bus and train station with a large supermarket between them. The route to the Cathedral and old town was a fifteen minute walk which went through the main shopping center. The Tourist Office was about halfway and very helpful.|The room and bathroom were both spacious and the staff friendly. It was pleasant having a coffee outside at the cafe next door. The food appeared competitive.|| I was quite angry initially however as it appeared staff hadn't prepared the room properly in that there was no soap and toiletries, no glass and a virtually blocked sink. Coincidentally I hadn't taken my own toiletries for the first time I can remember as I never usually need them. Everything was sorted but not immediately.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room was very adequate for the money. It was clean and made up nicely everyday. The bed was really comfortable and on the sixth floor facing the street, the noise level was ok. The window shutters were a perfect blackout and helped get a good sleep. The downstairs restaurant was good for breakfast and it had a super friendly guy working there. In fact all the hotel staff were really friendly. Well located from all the sights and eating areas.

Good location, being very close to both the train station and the bus station. The historic city centre isn't too far away either. The room I was given was on the top floor and was a fairly large family room with three beds. It was relatively clean. I thought the room being on the top floor would mean it would be quiet. It was but as the lift was right next to the room, occasionally it was quite loud with the mechanical noise from the lift. The lady at the front desk spoke very limited English.

For 20 Euros i had a comfy bed in a quiet, spotlessly clean room with a good en-suite and lots of hot water. The situation is perfect, close to the Train & Bus Stations and only a 10 minute walk into the city centre. Excellent value for money!

This is obviuosly not a 3* or 4* hotel, and the prices speak for themselves. The location is great, within walking distance (15 minutes max) to the main points of interest like the city center, cathedral, train station, Calle Gascona and the abundant nearby shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. We had a great experience with the staff, they were friendly, accomodating and helpful. The facilities were basic, with a small sized rooms, a bathroom and a flat screen TV, but we have to say that they were clean and well maintained. Perhaps the main downside for us was that the way the hotel is set up (like normal flats with rooms that you access with a key) makes it to be a very noisy place, with party and young people all around. So if you don't tolerate loud noise and loud neighbours, this may not be the ideal place for you. Also, don't expect it to be a great hotel at a super cheap rate, you get what you pay for. We liked it, were happy there and don't have any complaints for the 30€ we paid for a double room per night.

Location is excellent, just a five minute walk from the train station and close to all attractions. Rooms are clean and quiet, front desk people are friendly and helpful!
