Hotel Fidalgo

We had dinner there and we ate pani puri and they must have not used clean water as I was violently sick for the next 2 days it completely spoiled our trip. The whole point of going to a reputable hotel / restaurant for dinner was to ensure food hygiene and quality. The service received was good but first and foremost food hygiene should be every Resturant top priority especially in a country where water quality is so important.

I had a quick stop at Fidalgo and, although I wasn't a guest, they kindly allowed me to use their washroom. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Their hospitality and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Thank you for the kindness! I appreciate Mithan Das for being so kind.

Restaurant food was good but they have limited choices. Clean and hygienic , cooperative staff. Serves food quite fast.

Just like worst of worst service I never found in any hotel , after giving simple order they take 2hrs for prepare after 2-3 of reminder waiter and captain says what you order. I suggest people not for common person.

Regular visitor. Auntie maria too good for snacks and beverages l. South Indian corner serves authentic food served by well attired people

Visited for lunch but couldn't find much options in buffet,,, if can extend the menu it will be the best to visit. Service is excellent

Firstly talking about the restaurant it is clean and well maintained ....the staff is also polite ...food is good ...the table are also clean ...variety of pastry options available ...buffet is also there ...had ordered french fries , cheese sandwich , chicken 365 , watermelon juice which had a decent taste .the location is also great and has shops nearby ...overall 4 starts.

the serivce of Mr Kajal Biswas was outstanding. We recently took a space for official meetings and the service and facilities was well done . Thanks to Mr Kajal & his team for great support.
