Hotel Fiesa

Rooms are pretty new in modern style. Breakfast is like so so...nothing special, below european average I'd say. Advantages of this hotel are that it is on beach so if you have room with view on sea it is nice and dive shop in the same building. There is a fridge in room, and you get water free when you come. In the dive shop you can rent paddle board etc or arrange diving. Good parking. No elevator in hotel. Some rooms have balcony some don't. Very early check out, like 10.30h.

Visited at the start of October and everything was very quiet. Plenty of parking and smart smallish room. Breakfast was fine. It is a 15 minute walk along the coastal path to get into the centre of town. Beware that the path is not lit, so a torch as needed at this time of year.

Pros: rooms have a fridge, a safe and hot water and are clean and comfortable. The hotel has secure parking. Cons: no lift and the breakfast is uninspiring. Our 'garden view' was on to a roof. Unexpected benefit: we might have booked into Camp Fiesa next door, which is basically a car park.

We had never been to Piran before so did not understand Hotel Fiesa was not "in town" so at first we were a little disappointed. However, we quickly realized it was perfect in many ways. The rooms are nice, clean and quiet. In fact, the entire area is quiet, unlike the town of Piran. The beach is excellent and there is open space for families to enjoy. It is about a 10 minute walk into town on a pathway along the water so it is a beautiful walk. They also offer free parking which is a huge bonus. We did not use our car during our visit, we walked into Piran and then would take a taxi back after dark as the pathway is closed after dark. Parking in Piran is a nightmare. The only problem was our room was on the 4th floor and no elevator so if that is an issue request a lower floor.

Charming small hotel with an excellent waterfront location. From the hotel one can walk to the old city of Piran along the waterfront promenade. Our room had been recently remodeled and had a wonderful view of the Adriatic Sea. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel provides free parking. After we checked out of our room, they let us leave our rental car in their parking lot for several extra hours while we explored Piran.

This is a great little hotel, the location is right on the sea side and beach which has direct access to a path that brings you right into the town of Piran. You are not staying here for the room but for its location, the breakfast in the morning was quite good and the hotel staff was really welcoming. Only issue is the bedding was to a standard I was expecting from this hotel.

Great hotel and the location is second to none. The breakfast is good and so are the meals they offer in the evening. Get a suite with a view of the Adriatic and you will never want to leave! Oh yeah, have some wine or a good Slovenian beer. Slovenia wine is in incredible and deserves more notoriety in the world.

We stayed one night at this hotel on the seafront, 15 minutes walk along a coastal path into the town of Piran. ||Pleasant rooms with little balconies to sit on. ||Good breakfast which can be eaten inside or on the terrace overlooking the sea. ||We ate at the restaurant in the evening which was abit soulless (maybe needed music playing). Food was good though with big portions. ||The only downside was the campsite and beach bar next door. There was a large group who were drinking and partying till the early hours which kept us awake. We told reception who didn’t appear to be bothered.
