Hotel Fiesta is a great place to stay in Santa Cruz. We had a split room so our son was in one section while we slept in another. It offered nice privacy more than a traditional hotel room where beds are side by side. ||The pool area was spectacular! We enjoyed the large hot tubs and cocktails at the poolside bar. We felt completely safe walking firm the hotel to downtown. ||The staff was very accommodating. I would recommend Hotel Fiesta!

Beautiful hotel with amazing hospitalitable staff. The rooms were clean and very well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring around the island and in walking distance of everything. The pool and hot tubs were clean and a great relaxing break. Seriously, the staff made the stay absolutely wonderful. They had so many recommendations and were always great to talk to. Would love to stay again.

The most disgusting hotel. I had no choice. Part of WingBuuddy tours. Very very very very bad hotel. Located in a back alley way. Smells like sewage. Floors are always wet. Stay away stay away. This disgusting place might have been an hostel once upon a time. Very very very small room. Always r”running into bed while coming out of bathroom, since the bed is placed in front of bathroom door and half blocked by the bed. No room to hang anything. Hotel Fiesta is very bad. I had to give one star , this hotel deserves minus stars. Stay away Very dingy hotel Very very loud. Walls are made of paper. Breakfast staff was very rude. Stay away. This dingy motel is nothing but a minus zero road side motel.

Lovely stay! We enjoyed the extra space in the cottage for our family of 4. Very friendly and lovely staff. We enjoyed the pool area, especially the Jacuzzi on cooler evenings. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the location and landscaping of the grounds. Recommend staying here for location and just beautiful, relaxing environs.

I don’t give bad reviews usually but unfortunately Hotel Fiesta was very disappointing. I booked a room and got emailed the final price including taxes. When I checked in I got charged $81.00 USD extra! Afterwards I realised this and as I was checking out I brought this up to the reception lady and she said that she had mistakenly charged us extra taxes as locals. Even though we were clearly from New Zealand! But she said there was nothing she could do about it (which she could all she needed to do was refund the $81.00) but instead to send an email to her manager to sort out. I have now sent 3 emails since then but have not had a reply. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest with their customers… at this point they are thieves for stealing money that isn’t theirs and not wanting to return it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! And also hotel looked nothing like the pictures in real life! Rooms were tiny, old, and gross!! Even if this hadn’t happened the real rooms are not worth the super expensive prices!!

I don’t understand how this hotel has a 4+ review. The facilities were just OK. I was disappointed that the Jacuzzi didn’t work and the breakfast was pretty bad. They served us eggs and toast every day, that was pretty much it. Also, the bed was very hard. It could be a lot better for the price. Here is a photo of the crappy breakfast I was served. If I could say anything nice, the staff was pleasant.

Beautiful pool, and huge delicious breakfast! I loved how sustainable and low impact the hotel is. The landscaping with native plants is great. Walkable to Malecón area. I would love to come back here again. My only request would be to install fans, as the room was warm and I begrudgingly put on the AC.

The pool!!! Perfect! Room was small but very clean. Breakfast was wonderful. They made us to-go sack breakfast on the days we left for tours early. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. The hotel is a short walking distance to everything! If you don't want the cost of an ocean view, this is your hotel!!!!
