Hotel Fiesta

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Fiesta. The rooms are nice, basic, and very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable visit. The hotel itself is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to properly relax. The lovely pool area is a real highlight, and we really appreciated the filtered water station, which meant we could refill our bottles anytime. Most of all, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming and happy to assist with anything we needed. Would happily stay here again!

A beautiful oasis in Santa Cruz. All the staff spoke excellent English. They helped us arrange for one of the most exceptional tours to North Seymore. The pool was a nice relief from the heat, with lots of umbrellas for shade. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had delicious fruits, eggs, toasts, yogurt, coffee, and tea. If you're leaving to catch the early ferry, they will arrange for a to-go breakfast. I would definitely go back!

We only stayed one night, but this hotel was magnificent. Pool, hot tub, breakfast, bar, comfortable beds, what else would you want in a hotel in paradise? Forgot to mention that it is a 3-minute walk to the more populated area of the port, but nice and peaceful once you are at the hotel. Staff is very friendly, very helpful, and overall terrific. Would happily return to Puerto Ayora and stay in this hotel.

Good hotel with swimming pool

Hotel Fiesta was one of the most peaceful hotels we stayed at during a three-month trip — and that alone made it very special. No music at the bar, no music at breakfast, no background noise at reception. Just birds, the sound of water from the pool, and nature. For us, this silence was priceless and incredibly rare. The check in and out was super efficient. The pool area is beautiful and very clean, and the pool itself is well maintained. There is a bar, but it doesn’t disturb the calm atmosphere. The rooms are basic but functional and very clean, which we appreciated. We also didn’t find the breakfast bad at all, despite some negative reviews. Yes, eggs are always available, but there was also variety: empanadas, chia pudding, waffles, crêpes, and different options on different days. It was clear they tried to rotate items. That said, breakfast is only served from 7:00 to 9:00, which is far too short considering most guests leave early for tours. Even at 7:10, there were no tables left, and we had to eat by the pool. A larger breakfast area or longer hours would help a lot. What disappointed us most was the lack of food during the day. Even though the pool area is often very busy, the hotel does not serve lunch. The only option is a cheese toast — and when we tried to order it, we were told it wasn’t available because they had run out of bread. After some back and forth, they eventually made something with different bread. This was especially frustrating as my husband was sick in the room. If toast is the only food offered and bread runs out, the supermarket is three minutes away, why don't they go and get bread. And charging $4 for a very basic toast without even ketchup or chips feels unreasonable. There are also pool rules (no loud music, no jumping), which we appreciated, but they aren’t enforced — meaning guests have to address issues themselves. Overall, if you value silence, cleanliness, and a calm atmosphere, Hotel Fiesta is a great place. With better breakfast logistics and a few simple lunch options, it could be excellent.

Clean large bright nice rooms and bathrooms with hot water. Basic breakfast is excellent. Clean towels and rooms are cleaned everyday with new fresh towels. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. 5 min walk from the main pier and downtown restaurant. Good value for price and location.

The location of the hotel was very good, close to the restaurants yet in a quiet lane. The hotel common areas are beautiful with trees and plants everywhere and the staff was very good. Breakfast was standard buffet, simple and sufficient. The rooms were basic but very clean, the bathroom could use an upgrade as it was tiny with no place to hang clothes. The pool is nice but the pool beds and chairs were FILTHY! They are impractical with white fabric which is impossible to keep clean. It was difficult to sit next to the pool as there was no clean place to sit.

Location is fantastic. Convenient to the strip, but not on the strip. Property is beautiful with a nice breakfast buffet & bar. Coffee is not available in your room which for early risers is tough as the buffet does not open until 7am.
