Hotel Fina

Hotel is in need of a very serious update. The pool was green and unusable. We saw a rat at the restaurant on the roof. We could hear very loud music in the room. I wore my flip flops in the shower. The food in the restaurant was ...not good. I ordered a muffin and it was stale and then microwaved to try to hide that it was no longer fresh...yuck

The key factor for this hotel are the employee. Hospitality it's well implemented.

Located just in front of LCC Mall. Very convenient and comfortable to stay. Staffs are helpful and courteous. They provide us a free ride going to Tabaco port which is very helpful since we have a lot of luggages.

Rooms and pool were nice, very clean place to stay. The free breakfast was amazing all three days that we were there. We ordered dinner there one evening and while it was delicious it was very expensive and took over an hour to get our meal after we ordered. Also went to the sky bar one evening and we were waited on right away but it was over 15 minutes to get our order and there were only a few other people there. We would have stayed longer but no one came back to see if we wanted anything else. Go for the rooms and the breakfast but don't expect much in the way of service if you want to eat or drink there.

My niece celebrated her birthday here. It was a great experience indeed. Aside from a beautiful ambiance, the food was tasty, worth the price. The service was good also. |It is a good place to dine in.

This is an amazing place to stay. Good service, good amenities! Great interiors and spacious room with clean linens and mattresses. The bathroom is odor free. Finally I found a place to stay when visiting Albay! I will truely recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I love your pool by the way.
