Amazing staff then found my lost wallet. Nice location and rooms. Only feedback is that the rooms are little cold (but that’s seems to be in all hotels in Quito) and they will give you a heater if you ask . Special thanks the receptions staff for there help

This review is only relevant for the restaurant- I was disappointed to have been given an English menu for our meal that contained overpriced and not traditional or authentic Ecuadorian cuisine. I noticed this difference when a family received an entirely different menu. Please give your guest an option and don't assume.

Hotel is good. Breakfast is good but they dont provide tea kettle in the room and no ironbox in the room which common everywhere. Other than that, rooms are good, location is great, nice bar, nice restaurant, food is good. I liked staying in this hotel

The hotel is located close to La Carolina park (similar to New York City's Central Park). The neighbourhood is well-lit and feels safe at night, with many residents jogging and walking their dogs. Within 5 minute walking distance from the hotel, one can reach Inaquito metro station, Quicentro shopping mall, a Supercines cineplex and a Megamaxi hypermart with a food court. I arrived with my rental car and the hotel provided a free parking space in the basement. (But I have to contact the receptionist to open the car park gate before I enter/exit the car park.) The hotel also gave me a free welcome drink (which I redeemed in the nice and cosy hotel bar.) I also like the ice cream in the ground floor cafe. The complimentary breakfast has a small selection of hot items (e.g. rice, meat, egg) and cold items (bread, ham, cheese). My room is clean and comfortable, with fast wifi. I appreciate the late check-out time of 1pm, which allows me to spend the morning exploring the city and returning at noon to wash-up and pack-up without hurrying. Overall I have a great stay.

During a recent visit to Quito with two of my business associates, (May 5, 2025), we were assigned rooms 701, 702, and 703. I got room 702. When I entered the room, I was surprised by how small and austere the room was, it even lacked a real closet to hang your clothes. The walls in the tiny bathroom were the worst I have ever seen in my 40 years of traveling, the tiny shower doors do not close completely, it was a struggle to not wet the floor while showering. Worse than a low cost hostel or dorm room shower. I figured they were renovating the hotel rooms and mine was still a work in progress. In the morning, I had a chance to go inside my business partners rooms (701 and 703) and those rooms were actually much nicer. Not sure what happened for someone in hotel management to think that you can charge the same amount for a substandard room (702) that has nothing to do with the other rooms. When I asked for the manager I was advised that a young lady at the reception desk was the person in charge with who I should speak. After sharing my experience with her, her response was “why didn’t you tell us last night and maybe we could change your room?” It was late and I was exhausted, but I did tell her the room was not the product they advertised and was substandard when comparing the other rooms at the same price. So no apologies, no offer to make it right, just a look from the hospitality professional that left me with an empty, disappointed feeling from the experience. I know location is their value proposition, but the room was not the quality of product for the price I was charged, and the opportunity that they had to make it right was wasted in a pathetic response.

Great location in the city, but most rooms face directly into another building (so if you’re looking for views, this is not the hotel for you). Also, there is no temperature control in the rooms, so if you sleep hot or cold you’re out of luck. I’ve never encountered a hotel like this (and this is not mentioned when booking). While they will offer extra blankets if you’re cold, they don’t have a fan or any way to cool the room down or circulate the air. This made for a very uncomfortable stay and I won’t stay here again.

Amazing hotel with great food and service. Super helpful and kind. They were able to arrange for a ride to and from the airport and they also had taxis always waiting out front. Within walking distance of the botanical gardens as well as a park. Clean and tidy rooms.

The hotel is clean and in a relatively safe area of the city. The breakfast is just ok, but the cafe adjoint has great food and real coffee. There is no soundproofing. You can hear guests in the hallway and outside noise....the desk is friendly and helpful. Easy to arrange a taxi.|Located centrally and close to a very large park.
