Firefly Boutique Hotel

Beautiful suite with excellent views, including the Mattherhorn. Breakfast served everyday to your room was AMAZING and the spa was to die for. The outside Jacuzzi was TOP and relaxing there after a long day was my wish come true. Very accessible, walking distance to the town and to the lift. We stayed at the panorama suite and it was so comfortable and cozy with its own fire pit. We all loved it and would stay there again. Highly recommended.

This was hands down the best hotel experience we've ever had. The rooms are spacious, gorgeous and clean. The beds and couch are so comfortable. They had a cute cot area set up for our three year old. They were very helpful and attentive in anything we needed. The pool, sauna and hot tub were top notch! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel Firefly is an amazing property with wonderful friendly people running the place. The rooms are fantastic, well appointed and very comfortable. Great views of the city and even the Matterhorn. The included spa, sauna, steam rooms, pool and hot tub are all exceptional and are much needed after a day up in the mountains hiking or skiing or sight seeing. The bar is well stocked and open late with a great bar staff that makes splendid drinks and offers the best cured meat plate! The hotel provides breakfast in your room each morning and it's delicious and so well done. In the room you are given a backpack for your adventures which is great when you need something small and lightweight to carry waters and other things in. To top is all off they have complimentary flip flops to take home! I cannot recommend Hotel Firefly highly enough, if you are going to Zermatt you need to book here.

There are not enough stars to give Hotel Firefly. What an amazing stay we had in Zermatt. The panoramic maxi suite was spacious, exceptionally well-appointed and very comfortable. Every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, polite and helpful. The spa amenities were thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast, which is delivered to your suite each morning, offers a wide variety of choices and is delicious. The decor is positively charming and full of character. The house bar was delightful; we enjoyed chatting with people from all over the world. Also, had a wonderful massage with Matilda. We were so sad to leave Hotel Firefly and HIGHLY recommend to all!

Always great hidden jem in the heart of Zermatt. It is located a short distance from downtown and the train station.||Upon arrival were we picked up from the train station and whisked away to the hotel. At the hotel we recieved a warm, inviting welcome. Our suite was very large, which included a large bedroom. a bath area with both a tub and shower and a living space containing a kitchen, a dining area, a relaxation area with a balcony open to free space below.||A beautiful spa area, a pool and hot tub as an added bonus.||Beautifully decorated with items the owners have found to ensure the space has a warm, inviting feel. We felt as if we were in a welcoming space.||Breakfast, served in your room with white linen, silverware and white dinnerware. The food was freshly prepared and delivered and set up.||The bar area was cozy and inviting. lots of interesting items, wonderful seating, a game room and even a cigar room seperate and vented.||In our travels, we are so happy we found this wonderful place to call home for a few days. Thank you to the staff and owner for making us fell so welcomed.||The Matterhorn is visible from the hotel. It quieter

Great family boutique hotel. Apartment is like home with awesome fireplace. The staff is excellent and always helpfull. Whatever we needed they gave their best to organise for us. Warm homy atmosphere. Spa is awesome. Outdoor hot jacuzzi. Indoor swimming pool (a bit chilly pool water). The best breakfast I had in hotels so far. They serve breakfast in the room. 10 minutes walk from the main village amenties (restaurants, shops, hotels). A bit far from the ski sloaps but but still in a walking distance (15-20 min)

Very nice and cozy Hotel...it is Zermatten with a twist of Rock Chic. Loved the bar 55 and it's comfy couches by the fireplace. The Hotel is left side of the Vispa river, overlooking the Matterhorn. I felt very welcomed, and I highly suggest the Firefly for it's décontracté ambience.

I did a lot of research for this trip as there were nine of us and the Hotel Firefly was a home run. My 27 year old daughter was blown away by the spa. Really nice. And the 4 bedroom was amazing. Bar is great and staff and service terrific! We will come back!
