The Hotel Flor Rivoli is an absolutely charming find in the heart of Paris, perfectly balancing value and access, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The location is its strongest asset—truly unbeatable. Situated right near the Louvre and key metro stops, stepping outside puts you instantly in the middle of Parisian life and within walking distance of many major sights. The service was equally impressive; the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready with helpful local advice, making us feel right at home. Considering the prime area, the cost was surprisingly reasonable, offering fantastic value for the location. The only minor points to note are related to its central position. The room, while impeccably clean and charmingly decorated, was on the small side, as is common in historic Parisian buildings. Due to being right on the street, it was also a little noisy at night, but that’s the trade-off for being in the very center of the action. Overall, the superb location, great service, and excellent price point make Hotel Flor Rivoli a highly recommended choice for travelers prioritizing access and value.

Flor Rivoli Hotel is located in a tiny alley that is the absolute perfect spot, if you plan to explore amazing Paris by foot and/ or using public transport. The location is really unbeatable! Within 1 min walk, you can get on the metro, trains or buses that take you practically everywhere. Just 5 min walking distance from the Louvre Museum and Pont Neuf, where if you cross to the other side it's just another 3 min walk to Notre Dame or the Musée d'Orsay. Right next door to the hotel, there is a super market and Rivoli road is a main street with commercial stores (branded & souvenirs). The 4th floor renovated room was just fine, with a mini fridge, small but clean, no a/c but didn't need it anyway (no street noise during the night) and hot water. No bed linen or towels change, (stayed 5 days). Also, I recommend to go outside to a cafe to enjoy your breakfast. But an experienced traveler knows what to expect, you always get what you pay for. Finally, I must mention Anis, the lovely young man at the reception, who was extremely helpful, obliging, very kind and friendly! He is a huge plus to the hotel! If you want a value-for-money stay in the heart of Paris, with no luxuries but most convinient ever to get around the city, you got it. Travel August 2025.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the window could not be opened, which would have been nice for ventilation, as there was a smell of water leak(like a foot odor) in the room. The carpet should be replaced and a wall socket should be installed next to the bed on the left.

The location of Hotel Flor Rivoli is outstanding with so much available to do within a short walk. Room was small but I was expecting that and certainly fine for myself. Only negative was that it was hot on top floor with no AC but I did know this before staying there. There was a fan provided which made it bearable during the heat wave. Also used a noise machine app on my phone while sleeping as not much sound proofing between rooms and without it I would have heard a lot of coughing, doors opening and closing etc.

We have booked 6 nights in the hotel. Our room was not serviced at a during out stay. They never changed bedsheets. Duvet cover and bedsheet both have stains. They always gave us towels with stains. They never replenished shower gel. On one of the morning I had to go to the reception to ask for it and they provided with a paper sachet. On one day they didn't even replenish the towels at all. Breakfast is a joke here, instead of a buffet they make you sit at the table and serve a small piece of baguette and a normal size croissant along with some spreads. They give you coffee and a glass of orange juice. That's it, you have to eat what is there, there is no option for yogurt, fruits and cereals. Since, they are serving you directly on the table and you will feel embarrassed to ask for another croissant. This hotel has really been a disappointment. The only good part about this hotel is its location. That is it. And one more thing, the fan they have provided just makes sound and do not provide air at all

The room was nothing like advertised! The room was moldy, dusty, and the bed was probably there since the place opened. We had to leave early I have contacted booking.com for a refund as we could not stay due to medical reasons. They should be ashamed to even advertise on their site when this is what we got compared to what they show on site. I am asthmatic and have severe allergies and the mold and dust put me in a serious state. There was mold on the ceiling, the bathroom had tiles off with mold and dirt, the carpet was dusty and dirty, the electrical was not existent. We had to run a power cord to run medical equipment and charge our phones and run a fan because there was no circulation in the room.

The lady at the reception was extremely unsupportive. I entered the hotel in desperate need for some guidance. It was raining heavily outside and my phone battery was dead and I had no idea how to get to my hotel. I asked her if I can charge up my phone for a few minutes to get the map. She responded with an immediate "No". That's fine. I then asked if she can tell me how I can reach my hotel. She picked the wrong hotel and told me it was 2 min away when I knew it was 38 min away before my battery died. She was quite abrupt and wouldnt check any further and said she can't help.||||Lacks humanity especially towards a fellow woman who was in need of some guidance. If this is the kind of behaviour a receptionist at a hotel has then I wouldn't bother choosing this hotel as a place to stay.
