The only thing that keeps this hotel still open is Location! This is a classical touristic Croatian scam! Where to begin? First of all This is NOT I repeat It is NOT a 4 star!!Hardly even a 3 star! The whole hotel is dirty, smelly esp carpets which are at least 20 yrs old! They upgraded a rooms a lil bit with some furniture but when you look under the surface, it’s sickening to the stomach. Breakfast is okay.Hardly. The staff? Well I guess professionalism and some training is a unknown word here!!! Recepction looks like you came to Bulgaria in mid 60’ s. The tall recepcionist with curly dyed red hair always walks with heels cluck cluck like she owns hotel, she is too loud, unprofessional and does not know anything only to yell and bickring about guest making hand gestures like she is slowing traffic. Please go do something else clearly this is not for you! The only normal people at recepction are two girls both wearing glasses ;the skinny redhair with glasses and brunett with glasses also skinny. They are kind and very professional, especially the red one, her communication skills are very good! The girl in the restaurant is also very sweet. The other personal is hm odd. They charge parking 10 euro per day 💁🏼💁🏼 it’s too much for this property! Overall clearly this is not even a 3 stars! Prices for rooms are to much you can find for the same price much better!

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind, the location is perfect - right in the old town and close to the sea. Great food too. Highly recommend!

Very average hotel aimed at the group market, but awful value for money. Service was ok, bedroom was large, but with 2 single beds pushed together. Bathroom was small. Pool complex is indoors (why would you have an indoor pool when it’s 30C outside most of the year). Breakfast choice was atrocious. Cereal was basically cornflakes and Rice Bubbles. Coffee was effectively filter only out of a machine. Yogurt was some sort of manufactured goo that didn’t need refrigeration. Not sure how they got 4*, I would rate the place 2*. The best thing going for the hotel is its location, which is close to town and beach. We have moved up the road to another hotel, which is so far and away better than Flores at lower cost, with superb service, incredible breakfast and outdoor pool, which shows how poor value Flores is.

We had a rowdy family with young kids directly above our room (203). When we arrived mid afternoon there was a continual rumble of bangs above us from the floor above. After 40 minutes |of this I rang reception, who replied with details of what the kids were doing. They suggested I contact them if it was still happening when we returned from eating out. It is still happening at 9.30 the following evening.||Breakfast was good except for using instant coffee. Managed to get proper coffee from the bar which they then wanted to charge us for. Tin eared management.

We stayed with a large group for 3 nights at Hotel Flores.|We were in room 6, which was a large room with 2 beds together to make one large bed.||There was a TV, A/C, small fridge with a minibar, 2 large comfy chairs which might have had a pull out bed in them, 1 chair and desk, a safe that used a key (and you had to go to reception to get the key) , phone and two night stands. There were lots of drawers. The floor was a wood floor.||The beds had fluffy blankets (comforters) which I don't like.||There was a patio, with 2 doors to it.||The bathroom had a shower only, and no bar soap, only liquid soap.||The hotel had a big pool and jacuzzi on the first floor. The water was only luke warm, and you had to get reception to turn on the jets.||Breakfast was included, and it had quite a selection. You could eat indoors or outdoors. There was a bar in the restaurant area, and that's where you went to get ice.||The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a map of Istria in the lobby, and that was helpful.||It was a short walk to the "beach" and there were lots of trees for shade along the whole seafront. This was besides all the trees around the hotel.||The walk into the old city was about a 10 or 15 minute walk. There was a casino nearby on that walk.||We would stay there again.|

Visited as part of a group tour and stayed 2 nights. Quiet location, handy for the beach, but a 3-400 meter stroll along the front from the centre of the old town. The staff were ok but lacked the enthusiasm shown by most Croatians who work in hospitality. For a supposedly 4 star establishment they need to try a bit harder. The lift was out of order so we had to carry our own luggage up to our rooms and there was no offer of assistance. The rooms were comfortable but lacked the attention to detail such as the curtains being hung properly, the windows being adjusted correctly and the usual shower head not locking in place on the riser rail. Breakfast needed attention to the layout with an example being the bread and pastries on one side of the room and the butter and jams 10 meters away on the opposite side. A comprehensive range of Teas didn't include anything resembling suitable breakfast tea.|The icing on the cake was a 7 euro charge for a lost room key which I thought was over the top for a bit of plastic and 60 seconds of I.T. work.|I will look elsewhere when I return to Porec.|

Very close to the beach and relatively close to the old town. The rooms are large, the bathroom is very new. The room has only a few plug sockets (the bathroom has none). The hotel is also full of German tourists (who also chatted me up in German in the hallway). The breakfast is very good.

the location was great. only a 5-10 minute walk into town which is a big plus. the room was nice, though a little small, but had a large balcony. we got half board. the breakfast was good. for dinner the room was not the fanciest but the food great.
