Hotel Focus Stettin

We received a room on the top level. we didn't have aircondition in the room and in the summer time with a baby it is little hard to resist. Unfortunately we didn't get the room with a view on the fiord even we booked normal room on there's site . The location it is very good near of the old town near of the castle.

Very nice three star hotel near the city centre. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking, but parking is available in front of hotel on the streets which you have to pay. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The morning breakfast had quite good variety of items, worth for both veg and non vegetarians. The lady at the reception was very nice and helped us for having a city tour plan. The comfort and service you get for the money you pay is excellent.

Very nice breakfast, large room, but very loud since the windows are at the street, had trouble sleeping the first night. The second night I used the ear plugs provided by the hotel.

Fair price room with good location - center of the city. The room doesn't have AC but equip with a fan. The only thing I'd complain is, in night you can keep hearing the noise from the street and the disco bump bump bump music & screaming people.

Great location, nearby many places of interest. Rooms are clean, spacious, have everything you might need during the stay, although not very fancy. Nice city and harbour view. Fair price.

Hotel requires renovation and perhaps installing AC in the room - it was not yet that hot when we stayed, but we kept window open although it was noisy from a street and night disco somewhere distantly. The room was big and nice, the breakfast was good either. The location is excellent - you can reach everything on foot

We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel. The location is good. The parking lot is not in front, you need to drive there. It is a bit complicated if you have never been there. The staff showed me on the map how to get there and said to leave the car when i see the sign with name of the hotel. I eventually got a fine because I was not told to enter the bar. The parking slot was so full there was barely space. I get told I can park on the street otherwise and get a refund. Nothing get offered for the fact i got a fine although reserved a space. After all this we get in the room and the light doesn't work properly. Ok happens. Also Water is not really warm. But I was so tired of arguing at this place I just let it go. Breakfast really average. Not a beautiful stay with the enrichment of a fine at the hotel parking slot. This was NOT good service.

Ok, I arrived late at night and had a slow check in (lots of people arriving). Sadly, the room I was given was occupied (literally! I opened the door and there was a man on the bed!). The receptionist had disappeared temporarily - and the chap who worked the restaurant couldn’t help. 5 min. Finally I get a new room and key. ||The staff were aware of my troubles and were sympathetic. There was no shower gel/ shampoo in the dispenser (so I had no soap for my hair). The water kept alternatively going freezing or boiling. Argh! ||So not a perfect hotel, and I can’t tell if it’s just me. But I can say staff were super nice. They quickly sorted things out when they went wrong and gave me a complimentary drink and allowed me to check out late with no charge. So overall, I was happy. Restaurant food was yummy.
