The room itself is nice, but the restrooms are worn down and old. The toilet which was in a small separat room can even be partly unsafe as the toilet paper holder is awkwardly positioned so you always crash into it with your elbow. The balcony has protruding nails, and it’s uncomfortable to sit there for long because the hot air from the air conditioning unit blows directly onto you. Around the pool, there is at times an odor and the whole facility feels dated especially the pool lounge area. Loud music is played. Guests are told they can go to the smaller pools (plural) if they prefer a quieter atmosphere, indicating both pools are for open use, but I was randomly asked to leave there because it was supposedly a private area, even though there were no signs or barriers indicating this. Also one of the male reception staff members was unfriendly with its communication. Housekeeping staff is very nice and responds very well to request. The cocktails taste cheap. The view though is beautiful, and the staff generally do try to accommodate guests’ requests. You obviously overpay for what you get which was probably fine a few years ago when the site appeared less dated. It’s south of France after all and everything is expensive and fells like you get to little for what you pay.

Turned up , shown over to the villa which is separate from hotel and firstly Henry the hoover was there to greet us at the door — when to get back over to hotel||To move my car and couldn’t get through gate and spoke to manager who seemed very rude when I couldn’t get back in . Kids went to swimming pool at the hotel and when we got back to the villa I started to look around - no coffee machine , broken gate , cat flap in door , cracked floor tiles , lamps||Hanging off wall…. I could go on so||Spoke to Lea on reception who was very helpful and polite - she spoke to the manger on the phone and agreed we could have another room - I was happy to have the other room but it was £100 cheaper and Lea spoke||To manager again but he would not part refund me or other a free breakfast as it was €28 euros each extra so I asked for a full refund - Lea emailed over to Expedia and the total refund was going to be €399 euros ! A lot less than what I paid through Hotels.com . Got in contact with them||Myself and they fully refunded my money . Lea was so polite but her manager was very arrogant and rude - place is owned by mum and dad and for some strange reason there were so many teddies around hotel ( more teddies than customers lol ) Do not stay in the Villa !!! It has not been updated and is a mess - This hotel should not be number one in this area - the manager is an arrogant !! the rest of the staff were friendly and polite . STAY AWAY - go to Brin D’Azur - the hotel is immaculate and also Le Mouillage is amazing

This small hotel is very stylishly designed. The pool area has ample beds (free) with drink and food service. The pool area opens into a stylish restaurant and bar space. The 2 stone cool down tubs over look a scenic valley. Our room included a sofa and a patio with table/chairs and a lounger. ||We used this hotel as a base for visiting Port Grimaud, Cogolin, Saint Tropez and Pampelonne Beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing spot away from the masses, but still a short drive to the city. We had a great time. The staff is very friendly, they put on small fun theme parties at night, and the multiple pools were great. I highly reccomend. Not to mention free parking and a great bar/lunch menu.

I stayed at Hôtel Font Mourier recently, and while the setting is undeniably beautiful and peaceful, the experience was utterly disappointing — especially for a hotel charging upwards of €600 per night. The service was inconsistent, bordering on disrespectful. We were blindsided with hidden charges during brunch, including a €49 fee that was never disclosed prior to dining. One of us didn’t even eat — just had a cocktail — yet we were still charged for the full brunch without explanation or fairness. What was worse was the way staff handled the situation. My friend was approached in an aggressive and humiliating manner over the payment, and the incident felt racially charged. When we raised the issue, the restaurant manager responded by yelling instead of resolving anything — completely unprofessional. That night, a staff member barged into our room without knocking to demand payment. This kind of intrusion is absolutely unacceptable. When confronted, they denied it all at the front desk — gaslighting us instead of apologizing or making amends. For a property that claims to be “luxury,” the level of hostility and lack of accountability was shocking. I’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe — this was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would never return, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or basic hospitality.

So we booked this for our anniversary trip. 1. On arrival. Given the wrong room so the next morning the on set of knocking the door was all we got. 2 my partner said he would cancel the booking and live elsewhere because this was such bad service 3. Room changed. And no water to shower with. See video 4. Rooms - they need a duster and hoover. Bitten twice in bed. 5. No iron available. Thankfully we brought a back up steamer 6. The “comfort” room is so small. In the bath into the toilet. 7. Bed - very small and uncomfortable due to 2 beds being joined and you could feel that. The worst part - without running water in the shower we could not wash hair or shower. We had to use the sink and flannels. Their staff did not show up even after 2 calls and it wasted our Saturday !!

Stayed at Hotel Font Mourier last week. The hotel is gorgeous with stunning views and located only a 20 minute drive to Ramatuelle and St Tropez town.|While some staff were kind the overall service was disappointing.|During Sunday brunch, I was not informed of the 49€ charge before serving myself.
