Rooms are very untidy and small. The washroom is very small and not good to use Washrooms do not have waste bins and are too small to stand also. They do not providing Dental Kit, tissue paper etc. The prices of this place do not match the accomodation or service. They charged 4000 per night. Bed sheets & pillow covers are not properly washed. You can open the window but it is too dirty... The room is smelling like water shrinkage. The morning manager is too rude & he doesn't even have a good manner to talk with customers.

The bed was hard, and the pillows were like concrete. There was visible mold in multiple locations throughout the bathroom. There were other signs of visible dirt and unclean bedding throughout the entire room. There were various insects of multiple kinds observed in the room: roaches, flies, worms, and more. The bathroom sink was also really tiny, making it hard to use. The hot water was good though, and the hotel provides free bottled water.

Please. Just shell out another 1-2K rupees and stay in a better hotel. Or if you stay here book deluxe or above (still not worth the price). “Standard” rooms are unimaginably small and dingy. No place to keep your luggage or move around the room. No ventilation at all. Its like a jail. Suffocating. ACs do not work. Not worth even 300Rs per night. Luggage will have to be kept outside the room. Person at the front desk is arrogant and rude. Food is served in an unventilated tiny toom with cockroaches running around. Dont think the building is fire safe cuz every inch of space has been used to create another “standard room” Worst stay of my life. Made me reconsider even moving to Bombay. I was ready to give up my job.

had a great time while we were there. Excellent amenities, support, etc. Sadly, the coffee at breakfast did not taste good. Beautiful ambience in the entrance hall. nicely furnished rooms.

Rooms are decent pricey in comparison to other five-star hotels, especially the food, which is served in about six restaurants on levels L1 and L2. The food is served hot and tasty, and the view from the room window is good, facing the sea and the garden when you first arrive.

Very Bad experience Office or corporate people please do not go to this hotel, problems are given below 👇 1) Online payment is not accepted at this hotel. Because black money is being deposited in the hotel. 2) Room is not good as per price. 3) There is no restaurant in this hotel so food has to be ordered from outside. 4) To save hotel tax, GST bill is not given by the hotel manager. 5) Hotel manager's behavior is not very good 6) The sound of the AC compressor is heard inside the room, which makes it difficult to sleep.

Hotel is to good .. all staff members ar good... Hotel location is just awesome.. The morning manager behaviour is too much good.. He is a good person... I am satisfy this hotel...
