Hôtel Fougère

We stayed at this charming hotel in the perfect location in Paris for 5 nights. It is within walking distance of famous museums, monuments, parks, restaurants, cafes and shops. We loved the neighborhood vibe! Each morning we enjoyed a delicious Parisienne breakfast, which was a great way to start our day of sightseeing.||The rooms are small by North American standards, but typical for Paris, and provided all the necessities of toiletries, robes, slippers, nice linens and a safe. The bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet for sleeping. Housekeeping did an excellent job of servicing our room and even provided nightly turn down.||The staff at Hotel Fougere were so kind, helpful and accommodating during our entire stay and always wanted their guests to be happy. It was a pleasure staying here and it enhanced our Paris experience!

We loved our stay at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of Saint-Germain. The location truly can’t be beat—steps from cafés, shops, and an easy walk to the Louvre. The hotel has a cozy, welcoming feel, with super comfortable beds and a great breakfast each morning. The rooms are on the smaller side (very typical for Paris). Overall, a wonderful place to stay in an unbeatable location.

We loved this boutique style hotel, set in a great location with plenty of nearby bistros and restaurants. The room was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. This will now be our go to hotel whenever we stay in Paris.

This is a completely charming boutique hotel and every staff member we met was wonderfully friendly and efficient. The rooms vary in size and style and when we did not prefer our original room they were so quick to accommodate us with a change. The breakfast room is wonderful in the afternoon as well for tea or a quiet drink. And the location is perfect.

The room was quaint and charming with an upscale feel, and the bathroom was spacious and beautifully updated. We felt welcomed and cared for by the staff. The location could not be more ideal with great walkability to experience the cultural arts, shopping and dining galore!

Hotel is very well situated to easily walk to many Paris sites, museums, and restaurants. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. We were disappointed in our room located on the 5th floor with barely enough room to walk around the bed. So we feel the value compared to the price just wasn’t there.

The location, room, and service are excellent! I stayed at this hotel 20 years ago (under a different name and style) and again now in 2025 — what a wonderful experience both times. The location is perfect, with easy access to so many great spots. Dominique at reception is especially warm and welcoming. I look forward to coming back again soon!

My new go to hotel for trips to Paris. I usually stay in Paris solo for business and this will definitely be where I will stay from now on. Delightful small hotel very centrally located and super close to a metro. Very quiet.
